I ordered out of convenience as I was getting my haircut a few doors down. 0/10 it was the saddest sub I’ve ever. I paid $2 for extra cheese and I could barely even see the cheese after examining it. Asked for extra mayo, didn’t seem like they did that either. The lettuce was discolored and wilty as well. Such poor quality when there are SO many other sub places around. Poorly wrapped to the point when I picked it up out of the bag it fell out. Posting pictures of how skimpy this $15 sub was. Wont be back.

Nice Subway. Typically has very friendly staff and the food is always fresh and good when we go here for lunch. Great selection of chips (spicy Cheetos would be a nice addition according to our 11 year old). They have a nice small ice cream selection as well. Minus one star because the men’s room is dark, dingy, and not quite what I would hope and expect from a nice Subway. New fixtures, fixed drywall, and BRIGHTER LIGHTING would really help. A great spot to stop for lunch on Rt 176 and walking distance from downtown Crystal Lake and the train station.

Absurd pricing. Bought a 1ft long spicy Italian with chips and a drink at it was over $15! Could go to a sit down place for that. Food wasn’t great either. Lettuce was yellow and looked a bit old. Unfortunately won’t be back.

Don’t waste your time trying to use a coupon… Went there with a coupon as I’d used one before.I was told no. Subway is just too expensive without a coupon. 15 $ or more for a Cold cut sandwich a cheap bag of chips and a fountain drink.?.. SO not worth it.

Don’ come here when you have the munchies at night. On their website it says they close at 10 pm, but when we came at 9 pm the guy inside locked the doors and said they were close.

Holy bad management. 1:20 in the afternoon two employees outside hanging signs, one person making sandwiches and working the register. Add to the fact that they have it set up so everyone MUST stand next each other. They could have not done a worse job.

The manager asked us not to bring other food in even though we are paying customers we come in at least twice a week and have for the past 5 months the remodel looks horrible the food is mediocre and their water smells like sewage. Jack is fantastic every time but everyone else just stands behind the counter and gives side eyes to the customers they don’t like. We are disappointed and will be trading subway out of our routine from now on.

first of all, when I got there, the man was sitting on his phone and ignoring me. There was no one else in the restaurant. after finally getting his attention, when I was telling him how I would like my sandwich ( which was fairly easy, bread, ham, and lettuce) he repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over again, and did not listen to what I was saying. finally, when we were able to get my sandwich, right, I asked him multiple times how to work the app, and he blatantly ignored me looking at me. then he continue to be extremely rude, and said nothing as I was leaving. I do not recommend this place, the people are rude, don’t listen, and only care about their electronic devices. especially after telling him how I wanted my simple sandwich multiple times. He did not listen, and still managed to mess it up, but I just brushed it off, because I never wanted to leave a place faster.
