So I’m an Uber eats driver and I was there waiting for six solid minutes while my bag sat untouched. Granted the lady was busy she was absolutely doing stuff but she didn’t even consider looking real quick two steps from her spot to see where my order was. Absolutely the worst service I ever had and then she grabbed the bag back from me so glad I waited so I didn’t crush her but she’s horrible and you guys need to do some more training

UNBELIEVABLE!!! We literally just got in town and placed an order online at 12:55am for a mild chicken sandwich meal with ranch. I send my son inside to get the order. I notice a moment later it went dark inside the restaurant and he comes out 2 minutes later. He tells me the Indian woman behind the counter questioned him for coming in so late, And asked him if he had just gotten off work he’s 13! They tell him they’re out of French fries and instead of giving him the cup for a fountain drink they gave him 2 bottles of water and no ranch. They gave him the greasiest chicken patty on a bun and gave him a side of teriyaki instead of mild sauce. I ordered online so no I didn’t see the closing time as I was able to place the order! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Wingstop. I will 100% be going back In the morning before I get back on the road to get my refund. What terrible service!

Last week there was a problem with the order being incorrect, this week the very same issue and also including the food was cold. When I call the manager to let her know that this had been the second time this has happened within a week span all I was told that she would look into the matter and was not offered to either send me the dressing or give me a credit. I had to ask for it and when I asked to speak with someone above her she answered she was the ONLY person I could speak to there was no one above her. I went in today following my order to pick up the missing items and I asked her name and to speak with a manager and Angelica answered me she was the only person I can speak with. I answered you are not the owner I am sure there is someone above you and she said I wanted to I could leave my number and if the regional felt like it he would call me back and if not it wasn’t her problem. I asked for his name she refused to give me any name. I am personally an office manager in a Dental Office and even I know that if someone had a complaint I most definitely understand that there is someone who is above me and that would be the owner. This person is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to handle a bad situation. Because I myself deal with the public I understand that there can be people that can be difficult, with that being said nor was I being difficult all I wanted was to speak with someone above her to notify them of how she responds to the public how she behaves as though she owns the store and therefore can speak to people anyway she pleases. Being a manger means just that understanding the public and how to handle situations this person definitely does not fit the part. Rest assured if she continues with this same attitude I will not be the only customer you will be losing.

So not only did these people ignore my husband who was politely waiting for his order to serve someone who came in yelling about bleu cheese, but then they REFUSED to refund an order that they royally messed up. It is a 5 minute car ride to our house. I held this bag in my lap the entire ride. Notice how none of the containers were moved? It’s clear they either threw in or didn’t fully seal the ranch containers. Ranch got all over the containers, all over the bag, I thought I was feeling condensation from warm food on my lap NOPE it’s ranch that has seeped through. They insist on us bringing back the order. At this point I have less than an hour before I go to work. They don’t understand they’re inconveniencing us by making us go to the store with this soggy mess of food. And they called my husband a liar. Well here it is! They tried to pass off a bunch of different people on the phone to make it an inconvenience instead of just simply refunding even a portion of the order. THERE IS NO BAG TO BRING IT BACK IN!

EDIT: After we cleaned up we found out my husband didn’t even get the right flavor sandwich. Thank you to corporate Wingstop for the refund, in the future we will go to a different location.

Made an order for pick up and I usually go to south holland where ive never had this problem but I was near this one. I get the same thing i always, 20pc traditional hot honey and lemon pepper well done. When I saw them they did not look well done and when I took a bite it was completely SLIMY. I literally spit it out and called them about it. I wanted a refund cause I was literally disgusted but they said they would remake them fresh..so yall gave me chicken that was sitting out for hours?? They also even took the old wings back which was weird? This is unacceptable and people can get sick. Appreciate them for re making them and being understanding but that was crazy also didnt like that I had to drive all the way back.

10/1/25 I don’t know what happened to your French fries but they were disgusting today. I don’t know if they’re different fries or if they’re overcooked and a lack of seasoning. I always love coming here but these were the worst fries I ever had not to mention old and cold.

Make sure you check your food for hair. & if it’s hair there, call it in & leave the hair there. I called & came in nicely only to be given attitude talking about “am I blind , I can’t see anything?”
Mind you, I came discreetly so customers wouldn’t be disgusted. So to be given attitude like that is not it for me. Do better. Also the manager didn’t have a hair net on either. Do as yall want.
