I don’t normally write reviews, but when I think that a business is doing extremely well or desperately needs to improve, I’ll leave one. I have been visiting this Dunkin’ since it opened. I can now count multiple times that I have ordered in ample time and my order is still not ready by the time I get there. My orders typically consist of two iced coffees and maybe a wake-up wrap. I order at least 10-15 minutes before I leave my house, I live 5-10 minutes away from Dunkin. This should be enough time to get that order ready (correct me if I’m wrong.) I ordered a cold brew, a protein coffee, and an egg and cheese wake up wrap at 7:30. I arrived at Dunkin at 7:48. It took a few minutes for them to ask my name for the order, gave me the food, and went to prepare the drinks. Came back with the cold brew. And then I waited a while to even be addressed again for me to ask about the protein coffee, to which the barista said “oh yeah we’re out of protein milk”. I told them an alternative was fine. I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt the workers so that is why I was waiting for them to speak to me first, because I understand they were busy, but not more or less busy and understaffed than usual. No one is ever apologetic, I usually just feel invisible or like a burden there. Again, if this was a one-off instance I wouldn’t be writing this, sometimes places have bad days. This is a common problem for this Dunkin. Should I just order my stuff an hour in advance next time?

Went inside to order breakfast. paid for egg and cheese and sweet on you latte. $12.58. After ordering i proceeded to go find a table to get some work done on. 3/4 tables had crap on them and the 4th one had customers. there is no napkins so i could just wipe myself, i hate asking. I asked the lady behind the counter for napkins, she was working very hard and urgently cleaned it for me. After setting up and finishing my breakfast, 10 mins later i asked where my drink was and the confused workers quickly made me one.
i am upset at this service because there are 5 workers present, slow drive thru at 1pm AND 2 managers Sarah and Stacey behind the counter! No reprimand, no apologies for the filth on the table or unprofessional service. i feel bad for the workers because they are working hzard but clearly mismangaed.
I guess its normal to forget your drink for a dine in order, with no other customers inside the shop. im not looking for handouts but not going to pay 12 bucks for coffee and take this.
Wrote this and an email to coporate, on their wifi. Audit inbond, hopefully.

Your service as a whole franchise absolutely blows. Like for the amount of money that you charge we as paying customers should have better service. I just left the franchise store in lower Burrell Pennsylvania where I was in the drive-through and there was three cars in front of me maybe four where I literally sat at the drive-through speaker in menu for roughly about 7 to 10 minutes. There were no cars in front of me this time. I was the only one sitting there cars behind me, but front of me in front was clearly all open so no cars so they had they’re done with them anyways mind you I sat at the speaker menu for 7 to 10 minutes I said hello once they said it will be right with you and continue to sit there for I don’t know how long but I said hello again and then they took my order pour up. The drive-through window order was $15. My order wasn’t even ready. I said at the drive-through window for about roughly 8 to 10 minutes for two donuts, an iced coffee. This is lower Burrell Pennsylvania. I also go to cranberry Township and I highly doubt that the Dunkin’ Donuts out will lower Burrow Pennsylvania get the amount of customers that the cranberry Township store does and I can say this the cranberry Township store has way better way better service. It may not be a drive-through, but I’m tired right now hands-down way better service and better staff. You guys have to do better.

I had such a great experience at Dunkin today thanks to a girl named Bre! She’s a younger girl, probably around 18, and she was so sweet and helpful the entire time. She had such a positive attitude and even made me laugh while taking my order. It’s rare to come across someone who makes your day better just by being kind and genuine, but Bre definitely did! Dunkin is lucky to have her she made my visit a 10/10 experience.

Their stuff is usually spot on, the service and atmosphere depends on who is working. I do prefer to go in the early mornings, before work, certainly a nicer crew, for the most part. I’ve only visited a few times after work, the service was atrocious, so I try to avoid that.

This visit was very good. It does vary pending how busy they are between in house and window.
Specials can be good but donuts ( to me) are pricey.
Friendly workers.

I always try to give Dunkin’ a chance because it’s so close to my work, but the workers are not friendly, they don’t listen to you when you ask questions or try to verify what you’re getting (as someone who cannot have dairy this is important) and they don’t even say thanks. I feel old complaining about kids because I’m barely out of college myself but it’s just common courtesy. I’ve worked in retail for 5+ years and I always feel that good customer service is important. This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve gone through this drive through and felt snubbed in some way by the person at the window.
