I used to enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A mainly because of the staff—they’re always so sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, the drive-thru wait here is unusually long, even when there aren’t many cars in line.
What really turned me away, though, were two separate incidents with food safety. The first time, I found a long piece of hair in my breakfast sandwich (thankfully I noticed before taking a bite). On another visit, I discovered a hair in my salad . After that, I decided not to return to this location.
It’s surprising that management doesn’t require all team members working in food prep to wear proper hairnets under their hats. I’ve also noticed several other reviews mentioning the same issue, which makes it even more disappointing that the problem hasn’t been addressed.
Pro Tip: Always check your food before leaving the drive-thru.

Mrs. Tonya started our day off great with a delicious breakfast and even better attitude. She was wonderful and patient and I ordered for my very impatient toddler. This family-friendly crew member make my morning so much easier just by being kind. I am proud of our community.

You Know I Always Love Chickfila Its A Really Good Fast Food Place! But One Thing I Don’t Like About This Chickfila Location Is That They Always Mess Up My Order. & I HAVE WENT TWICE & THEY MESSED IT UP THOSE TWO TIME I WENT. So much for “Mobile-thru” they always take for ever at this location. You’ll order ahead on the app but then get skipped and the person two cars down will receive their order & unfortunately for them they have to wait bc the person at the very front of the line still hasn’t received their order. Very poor organizing for this location.

So I have been coming here since it opened. Today I placed an order. Had to hurry off and pick up my daughter from school so I didn’t have time to try my drink before leaving. Well turns out I accidentally ordered unsweetened vs sweet. If you are a true southern like me then you gag at the taste of unsweetened tea. Well I go inside to see about exchange it because I mean we get refill after refill while dinning in so I really didn’t think I’d have to waste 6 dollars on drinks we can’t even drink. But I did. They wouldn’t give me sweet. So I just threw them away as I walked away. Very irritated. Drive back through the drive through and got my daughter her drink and I just went without because i definitely wasn’t wasting anymore money there. So this will be the last time I ever come to this location.

Absolute trash drive through line. There was only 2 cars in front of us. We ordered 1 meal. We are currently sitting in this line and have been here almost 30 minutes. Nice clean CFA. Today again the chicken was kinda firm and dry. Last time the chicken strips were not that good; a little warm and dry. The cokes taste great though. It’s always around $10 and today again I didn’t finish my meal. I miss the old CFA sandwiches-when the chicken was soft and tender and served fresh.
