Came in tonight to pick up my order and the woman at the counter was super nice and had great customer service. She accidentally made the wrong kind of breadsticks for me but mistakes happen and she was able to fix it without any attitude or anything. While we waited for the right breadsticks to cook we swapped “war stories” of working in retail and all in all it was such a pleasant experience that I see myself coming back in the future!

I had an very large order of 20+ pizzas for a morning event. Don was not only super communicative and friendly. He made sure I had everything I needed day of and on time. Pick up time was only 30 minutes after opening and everything was on time and ready. The pizzas were fresh and hot . Everything was wrapped and carefully place for transport. I will definitely be catering from them again.

First off staff and location are great never have an issue. Pizza hut 22 dollars for 12 wings plus tax and then they charge you 1 dollar for your ranch or blue cheese each! Find me a single business that doesn’t give you ranch or blue cheese with your wings.

Paid $35 for a large 2-topping pan pizza and an order of breadsticks. Once I arrived at the hotel to eat, I realized that there was no sauce with the breadsticks, nor was there any seasoning/toppings on the breadsticks.
Reached out to Pizza Hut for customer service follow-up given the store was closed. It’s been almost a month with zero response.
Chose Pizza Hut over others because the name implies quality. Not in this instance.
*Heard back from the Mgr Don this afternoon, who apologized profusely. Appreciate the follow-up. I will give them another go the next time I am up that way from FL (might be a while)!*

Asked for extra pineapple on a pepperoni lovers stuffed crust didnt happen gpt lied to by the emplyoee saying he put it on there then came back and said he didnt see the extra on a ticket. It was remade and redelivered then still no extra pineapple. Yet they remade my sons pizza with a ton of pineapple on it not wprth the money anymore unless they retrain staff on what portions are. First two are the original and remake them my sons medium.

Wish I could go to zero stars. After waiting about an hour, got a call I was told I can come pick up my delivery order if I wanted to. Uhh over an hour walk? because they delivery person was sitting in a parking lot a few blocks away(not on a delivery )They can see him through gps. And don’t know when he will come . Uhhhh yeah 50 percent delivery charges plus a driver tip expected. Wow. Thought it was a joke. Nope. That place is the joke.

I ordered delivery for 43.00and paid for it with my debit card and never received the food. Upon contacting them they told me 3 times the manager was not there and 2 other times they told me Jeff the manager would call me
That never happened. So I’m out 43.00 charged to. My debit card .no refund and no food. So two weeks later I noticed I had lots of free points accumulated from buying food from there that I had free food that I could spend my points on
So I placed the online order for my free items and purchased over 28.00 more . This time I put pay in cash on delivery. Never got the food again. Glad I didn’t pay with my debit card because I would have been taken again
