I reached out to The Perfect Sweet Shoppe to create a heart-shaped cake for my daughter’s second birthday, which fell on Valentine’s Day, as well as for her birthday photoshoot. From the start, the owner was professional, accommodating, and incredibly prompt in responding to my requests. The heart-shaped cakes were absolutely perfect—beautifully crafted and a stunning addition to her special day. They looked amazing in photos and tasted just as wonderful! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the cake pops and chocolate-covered Oreos as well. I received so many compliments and questions (from both family and venue staff!) asking where I found such delicious desserts. We had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience at the sweet shoppe today! We stopped in after seeing signs on the bike path and had to get a dozen macarons for Mother’s Day dinner. Everyone absolutely loved them! I asked the employee to put his favorite 12 flavors in the box and they were all hits. I also got ice cream for my kids and the Cookie Monster was amazing!! We saw beautiful floral bouquets in the shop and I bought one too. Love this place and will definitely be back for the cupcakes next. Thank you!

The most delicious wedding cake , so moist and with delicate mixture of exquisite almond flavor, perfect level of sweetness! And the Chocolate wedding cake is SO delicious as well! You know it went party’s guests started asking for seconds of both white Chantilly and chocolate cake .

Best macaroons ever!! First they are homemade which I appreciate because it is SUPER difficult to make macaroons. Like, ingredient wise it’s easy but execution wise, I think its difficult. They were all approx.. 3$/macaroon.
Also they have ice cream, I got moose tracks and it was delicious, just the right amount of Chocolate swirl in it.
Also, it’s a super cute shop.
I saw a sign on the side walk advertising this place and I decided to check it out. It’s a little difficult to find, its behind in the corner of a building. If it weren’t for all the signs I would not have found it.

Tracy from The Perfect Sweet Shoppe is amazing! I called late in the day last Thursday from Omaha, NE on a last minute request to have a birthday cake made and delivered the following day in Portsmouth, RI. Tracy was patient in listening to what I was wanting, offering suggestions, and then graciously accepting this request so the recipient would receive the sweet treat on his special day. Tracy went out of her way to help me from across the country bring a bit of chocolate heaven to someone very special and I will always be grateful. Tracy and her business are the kind of people and places I will always support, which is why we always try and buy locally when sending something. Five Stars++!

I ordered 4 dozen custom cupcakes less than a week out from my daughters’ first birthday party, and Tracy was more than happy to accommodate. She was awesome to work with, and everyone at the party RAVED about the cupcakes. They were so yummy and looked amazing as well. I will definitely order from here again!

To say that we had a perfect experience would be an understatement. We recently catered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party and these cupcakes–aside from being artistically beautiful were one of the most joyful and decadent additions to our party. The cupcakes tasted fresh (not dry AT ALL), there was a perfect cake to frosting ratio, and you could very clearly taste all the differences between the flavors. Tracy, the owner, was so kind and communicative from the process of ordering the cupcakes to the day of pickup.
I have also had the macaroons from this shop as well and they did not disappoint. I gave some to few friends that don’t like macaroons typically and they came back asking me where I got these from so they can order more! The shop is very quaint and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend!
