First time trying charley o’s tonight. Ordered a medium cheesy bread, large cheese pizza, and the large deluxe pizza. All 3 were delicious, with the deluxe having fresh toppings. Would of like a flavor crust but not a deal breaker, under carriage had a good crisp to it. Would have to say that this a very good pizza joint, would like to try the detroit style next time too. Called and asked for a pizza with white sauce. Got it home to realize it was red sauce. By that time they were closed.
Called today, the next day, to get in touch with them about it. The manager, Nicole, got on the phone and stated they don’t have white sauce. I then told her we were never informed of that, and her response was to state that they probably just thought I meant light sauce.
There was no attempt to correct or make up for the order. That was my first and last time ordering from here.

First let me start off by saying the girls working at the pizzeria were awesome. Great customer service. I ordered a large square pizza. I decided to get green olives on it because I’ve had a pizza like that before and it wasn’t bad. The problem was it tasted like they used green olives that were sitting in a bar for five months. It was horrible and it made the whole Pizza taste horrible. How about rotating your stock a little. I ended up throwing a $20 pizza away.
