If I could give more than 5 stars, this place deserves it!
Last night was my 1st visit to Royal Thai, and it was the best decision ever. As soon as we entered the lady/owner welcomed us while working inside the kitchen with a big heart.
Walls were covered with drawings from customers kids, it showed how much they loved the place.
We ordered Tom Yum soup, Green curry pork, Pine apple fried rice and Mango sticky rice as the dessert.
All these tastes like heaven! We loved it to the core!
I couldn’t capture any pictures of the dishes after the soup, because we dug in as soon as it arrived.
Very friendly and quick service! Anyone who loves Thai cuisines, give Royal Thai a chance!

Update : Jan 30th our 2nd visit!
Once again we were craving for Thai and this was the spot! We ordered their signature Tom Yum with Thai hot level spiciness and Stir fried pork along with Mango sticky rice.
Everything was excellent. Staff is very friendly and felt like having family dinner.

Feb 7th – 3rd Visit
It’s a Friday night and it was busy for Mary and the staff with pick up orders and few dine ins. We’ll handled, not much of a wait time. We ordered our regular Tom Yum soup and Pine apple rice along with Mango sticky rice. Hats off as always!
Their Thai iced Coffee is superb as well.
Update on our millionth visit!
Ever since our first time, back in January, we’ve visited Royal Thai, once a month, sometimes twice. We love them, Mary and her cuisines!
p.s – Every wednesday you get free a Mango salad, which tastes awesome!

I love Thai food but unfortunately haven’t had any good Thai food in Fredericton since I moved there… and since I was in Moncton today I was hoping that I could fix my craving.
Sadly the curry from Royal Thai was pretty disappointing. It doesn’t seem like a coconut milk base that is typical and it had an excessively sweet flavour. Additionally the veggies in the curry were strange (I’ve never seen broccoli and cauliflower) which would be fine except they were severely over cooked
The woman working the cash was very sweet I only make this post to help people like myself who are looking for some Thai food.

Probably my favorite restaurant to go to, always excellent and fast service, everyone here is super nice and the food is excellent. They will make your order as you wish and will modify it as requested also, and you can select the level of spicy you want or none if you prefer none and they will give you a side cup of spice in case you want to add additional. I definitely would recommend this place, everyone I suggest this place too and tried it all loved it.

Probably the most authentic Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand! very flavorful without being too salty, tom yum soup and basil beef being my favorite but you really can’t go wrong with any of their dishes 🙂
Ps.. When they say Thai spicy they MEAN Thai spicy. It hurts so good but approach with caution
