Decided at the last minute to have dinner at Music Hall / Crystal Terrace Buffet. So glad we did! Eveything exceeded our expectations! Hot food was hot, cold food cold. Excellant selection. Very well displayed. Everthing was fresh with each trip to the buffet. I will dine there again for the next show. And, BTW….The Lion King was pretty spectacular as well!

The Bistro was very average. It was almost like what you’d get for grab n go at a grocery store. I got a pretzel, cheese and grapes cup, and a cookie. The cookie was not fresh made, it was prepackaged. The pretzel was a basic large hot pretzel. The cheese and grapes were surprisingly good. The staff were excellent. But we had a very hard time finding a place to sit. Good for snacks but I’d recommend a meal somewhere else before your show.

We ate at the “bistro” before our show at the Music Hall at Fair Park. It was the saddest affair of week old sandwiches and boiled hamburger patties for $12 each. I’ve had better food in a middle school cafeteria. Don’t waste your money. Eat before you go.

A wide variety of tasty, well prepared choices–just what a buffet is supposed to be. Getting a server for drinks or the bill was a challenge, but not too bad. And the convenience to the theater makes it THE pretheater choice!!!

The food is okay. But if it’s a party of two, they might seat you in the center row of tables for two. You are basically eating with whomever is on your right or left. Absolutely NO PRIVACY in your conversation. Not ideal for an upscale dining experience! Maybe okay for Corner Bakery, but NOT the ‘classy’ Crystal Ball Dining Room.

Great food, changes which each show. Tenderloin could be cooked better.
