The young man and lady that was there September 27 2025 around 9 pm were professional and fast. Everything looked clean and fresh. Friendly attitudes. I enjoyed my “large” ham salad. Lol

The older lady at the register of this restaurant has no business being in charge! She does nothing but yell at her fellow coworkers, it is so sad and traumatizing. Rude and disrespectful to customers and staff. She brings down the entire atmosphere for everyone there. Please seek to replace her as it would probably influence many customers who have quit eating here to come back. PLEASE HELP US SOON!

So apparently they don’t close at 10:00. I was at the door at 9:45 for a couple of salads and was laughed at through the door by the two girls inside shaking their heads no saying “We closed” Second time coming here and both times walked away with no food because of stupidity. First time was a few years ago. Early in the evening walked in with my husband and kids for sandwiches and was told they could only sell us 3 sandwiches because they needed to save the bread for other people. The bread needed to last the rest of the night because they didn’t want to have to make more before they closed. Tried my luck tonight thinking maybe it’s better a few years later…. Wrong! Got some photos of these ladies laughing at me great pics so I’ll post them. Don’t eat here, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Never ordering here again. One of the gals was okay but the manager is a joke. See they messed up and still not fix it. Argumentative and poor customer service.

So they were out of roast beef, cold cuts, meatballs and other menu items the only had 4 types of chips to choose from. Then only had 2 drinks available in fountain. (No diet) No bags for food. When questioned why they didn’t have items acted like they got mad. Won’t go back

This Subway is terrible and should be closed or the entire staff should be replaced. I have worked for several Subway stores and have never seen the disregard for hygiene and customer service like I have here. I walked in at 4 pm today and they have their signs turned off and only one person playing on their cell phone behind the counter. The only greeting I got was “WE OUT OF BREAD!” which was shouted at me before I was even fully in the door. Zero excuse for the state that store is in and I’ll be speaking with the health department as well.
Update: So apparently the owner doesn’t want to accept coupons but because they can be penalized by the corporate office, they’re marking all their ingredients as “Out of stock” in the app to prevent people from ordering online for a better price. Really is the worst Subway I’ve ever seen. I drive 5 miles out of my way to go to another one rather than give that one my business and I’m telling everyone I see to do the same.

Passing through…. The bread for both subs could not be chewed. The customer service was below average and the facility was average. We would have returned our food, but we were five miles down the road.

Went in with my family of 4 to eat lunch today, three ladies inside so we figured we would get good and quick service. Wow were we wrong. Ordered 2 kids meals, 2 footlongs added chips and drinks to our meals. Spent $36 to get barely any toppings even with me telling them to add more. Was made to get apples instead of the cookies my children asked for with their meals. The girls working were all too busy talking to one another to be able to hear what the customer was asking for. One cashier was bad mouthing the lady behind us so she walked out. So needless to say poor service all the way around. I started eating my sandwich and bit into raw chicken tried to get the ladies attention and was ignored. Was a 1st time customer and will NEVER go back.

Thursday morning 10:20 6-9-22, two people working there and can’t even make a sandwich. Don’t have ingredients ready to make sandwiches, second time theve been out of tomatoes and avocado. They say items don’t come on the truck. Floors all wet slip hazard, camilla ga is bad as it is and this subway proves that. I have never had a bad experience at subway but this location is always a bad experience and I will never be back. Hire people with good attitudes and ones that will work.
