Order the beach club, if they would have read what’s in the beach club it suppose to have avocado spread in it, none was put in it.. one of the topping I wanted.. I drove 20 mins away to get it and I don’t want to drive 20 mins back to get a refund or exchange. They should have gotten my sandwich right when I’d order it online..

I uber often and some of the stores aren’t the cleanest place to sit and wait. Especially if you’re a germaphobe like me that sanitize after leaving every restaurant. The floors are spotless also the windows counters etc. Also the staff takes pride in keeping that way. It also helps that my uber wait time is quick and efficient when picking up from here. The Hispanic woman (I feel bad I wasn’t able to get her name) making my order tonight 10/25/24 around 18:45 did a phenomenal job. My sandwich was made so well I needed to let you guys know to give her kudos. Her personality and manners were on point. I’ve gotten sandwiches from this company brought to the hospital I work at that was mediocre at best and this was by far the best sandwich I’ve had made yet. Just wanted to give her props for this experience and I hope you guys will give her the proper recognition she deserves.

I ordered through Doordash because I was working at the time and could not leave. They’re usually not busy around this time, so I was expecting my sandwich to come fairly quick. It took over an hour for my sandwich to come, after about 45 minutes I called and asked to cancel because there’s no way a sandwich would take that long to make and my work is only a 5-7 minute drive from them. When I asked, the lady on the phone very rudely told me that I couldn’t because my sandwich was already on its way. My sandwich arrived about 15-20 minutes later, and it didn’t even taste as good as it does when I order in person.

I went in there with a buddy of mine to grab a sandwich or two as a break from working on our buddy’s car, we order and he goes to the bathroom. The person making the sandwich proceeds to go off and scream at the person who took our order for a good 3 minutes for seemingly no good reason besides he needed to insult someone, the guy was loud enough for my friend to hear in the bathroom. We then had to come back after finding out both sandwiches have been made incorrectly. I’ve always have had good experiences here but not when he’s behind the counter
