YUMMY PIZZA!! Pricey? Yes!
But Im a cheesaholic and was just getting pizza for my kids then planned on going to the crableg buffet. BUT after trying the 2Xcheese pizza I just skipped the crablegs and had pizza it was SO GOOD! They forgot the peperoni so service isnt 5 star but its a cafe not a restaurant so who cares. Will b back soon.

Went here for a “quick” bite to eat that ended up taking more than 15 minutes to make. I had to wait around in a dank and dingy bowling alley filled with noisy kids and their families. When I finally got my food, my hamburger fell apart and crumbled off the bun. Dreadful, and the place needs an upgrade.

We ordered a supreme pizza on 1/7/2023 around 8:30pm for pick up at extreme cafe inside of treasure island casino. We were staying at Treasure island casino so it was really convenient to just get it there. I was told by an employee here it was good. Well I’m sorry to say mine was not good at all “very undercooked” crust was wet and mushy and gross. The toppings were not cooked either. Shocked the cheese was melted for as much as it was undercooked. Me and my wife each tried one piece and threw the entire pizza in the trash. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed and would never buy again without making sure it is cooked all the way.

The food was horrible. We ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza it was half done. We threw a 16 inch pizza I’m the trash. They need a new cook. The chicken on the pizza was not seasoned at it. It was bland. Yuck!!

Usually never have an issue with the food when Cheryl is working (day shift cashier). She is phenomenal. However, after my most recent experience, I will never give them my business UNLESS she is working. I ordered my food, and after an hour (as I am the manager of an amenity that is not part of the casino, but still located in the casino), went back to work and it took me an hour to get back and they had thrown my order out. They said it is a health code violation for them, fine not a problem, but they wouldn’t even remake my food or refund my money.. I understand a policy is a policy, but I CAME BACK for my order. Had Cheryl been working at that time, thisbwould have never been a problem, as she knows (as well as the other cashiers), that I work right around the corner in one of the casinos amenities and that I come back for my order every time. And all the manager of the department could do was give me a food comp? I’ve worked IN the casino before, and was a supervisor at two of the other restaurants and we were able to give refunds and/or remake their food when the customer wanted due to complaints such as these. Again, I understand policies are policies, however, given that I know how other departments WITHIN this casino work, I feel that this was handled VERY poorly. Great pizza, but I refuse to give them my money anymore due to lack of respect for not just customers, but regular customers, as well as partnered employees as well. Okay my rant is done. 🙂

We ordered burgers (which come with fries,) and onion rings. The burgers had a weird chemical taste and were slightly chewy. The veggies were fresh though. The rings were pretty good for fast food, they were actually battered. They were so busy though, and it took almost a half hour to get our order. TI needs to get its other restaurants open. I will say, the staff was friendly despite being slammed.
