If you’re visiting Laramie for the first time or have been here for a while, this Chili’s is definitely one of the best options in town. Great prices, high-quality food, fast service, and a consistently clean environment with fresh, brand-new menus. A must-try: the sirloin steak!

The food wasn’t bad but it was an atrocity to create a $50 bill for two $10 entrees. We didn’t have sticker shock until we got the bill and found all the hidden charges. Beware of what they charge you and what they serve. A simple side of guacamole ended up being a soup bowl size for $3. Who even eats two cups of guacamole in one sitting?
It gets even worse when you order take out. The employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I get to the area where they serve the take outs. We were all told, “Sorry about the wait, we are really busy”. I counted eight different waitresses for three sections and they still all stood around try to figure out what to do. The very tinny space for take out , next to an exit, had all the customers saying the same thing. “This is ridiculous, they told me 15 minutes but I’ve been here at least a half hour.” I will never order take out from this restaurant again. So, it looks like I will not be giving them anymore chances.

To be fair, I only award five stars service to restaurants that require staff that is invible unless you want/need something. Dishes here aren’t bussed until after you leave (from what I observed). If you’ve been to a high end restaurant you understand the rating. Training is the difference.

Nice, clean restaurant with friendly servers. The salmon and broccoli had a good sauce but it was very overdone. The burger was good but fries were not done enough and served cold.

I recently visited Laramie and visited this chilis for dinner. Place is neat and the staff was friendly and nice. We ordered couple of items and both are fresh and tasty. i am adding a video and few photos for reference. If you are around Laramie and want to have a nice dinner visit this place. This is why I have a problem with these places. They were out of mushrooms for the mushroom burger, so I said I’ll take just a hamburger. They charged me for a mushroom burger. Plus, what is that medium raw? The service actually would’ve been 5 star, but she’s the one that wrote it up like that. So I had to order the egg rolls to have for dinner with the french fries from the burger because I wasn’t going to eat a raw burger

Worst experience ever at a Chili’s location! Our server was AWFUL!!!! She had three tables and still couldn’t manage them. It took about 45 minutes to receive chips and queso. Our fajitas were not sizzling when they came out. The restaurant is extremely noisy. Would never choose this location!
