Taco Jalisco Food Truck in Midwest City serves up solid eats. The burritos are fully customizable with your choice of meats, and their street tacos, especially the tripe, are absolutely delicious. That said, the setup could use some improvements. I didn’t see a wash station, which is a basic necessity for any food truck. The staff are okay, not rude but not particularly welcoming either. Overall, the food makes it worth a stop, but the experience could be better with a few upgrades to cleanliness and hospitality.

I came here today and bought 2 chicken quesadillas plates, 2 chicken burrito plates, and a cheese quesadilla and the food was amazing. The portion sizes are great, the service was amazing, and the flavors are on point. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.
