The shift manager, Ian, was very friendly and nice. The wait time was not long and the food was hot and fresh. Also, the restrooms were very clean. Great visit!

I’ve found the food & service at the location to be consistent. Employee are overall very polite and service is usually pretty fast. There have been occasional times where the sandwiches could have been prepared a little more carefully & included more meat, but that’s basically the same for every fast food establishment.

Had food delivered to find half was missing and food that was received was incorrect. Employee with long hair wasn’t wearing hair net or gloves while touching food. The chance for food contamination is an issue. Came back with food 25-30 minutes before closing to get order fixed and asked for it to be fresh since it was delivered and I had to drive all the way to store. Was given the answer of only 1 item could be made fresh.

Unhygienic health code violation. I drove up to the pickup window. While waiting I saw a dude with long hair handling food with his bare hands. I was already grossed out and was then just waiting to cancel my order. He eventually walked up and asked for my card or cash. So, he’s handling both. (Absolutely disgusting.) I politely told him I no longer wanted my order because he wasn’t wearing gloves while touching the food. He told me he didn’t need to wear gloves up there. I drove off. Not interested in roast beef with a side of Hep A, sir.

Got a buffalo chicken sandwich meal for lunch. I forgot to take a picture of it. It was well made and delicious though. The drive through was not too slow and we ordered a lot of food too. I had a routine experience today and will likely go back again. I will say that while this store can sometimes be slow, everything is always super fresh. Anything like fries or cheese sticks are always hot out of the fryer. Worth the wait.

I’ve been here a number of times through the years and I would get my order wrong. The food is ok. The driver thru service needs some help even with the AI. The atmosphere is ok and it has been updated. The service is still slow at certain points during the time of day. I’m glad that they have Coke products now instead of keeping the Pepsi products. The location is not a good spot and it can be hit or miss of getting into the parking lot.

I ordered a double beef and cheddar it barely had any cheese sauce on it and same for the other sauce, it was basicly a roast beef sandwitch on an onion roll. Thinking back sjould have taken pic to show how little the sauces were.
