Terrible pizza. No cheese, no sauce, simply no taste. It was hard and dry. Our kids were asking if that was okay to eat, another mentioned that it felt like cardboard. We just got it delivered to Marriott Harbour lakes. I wonder if it is that bad because it is in a touristy area. Very disappointed. My sister had to just go to Publix to get something else because we couldn’t eat it.

I alternate between pick up and delivery and this location seems to always get the orders correct. Most recently I did a pickup order and Trinity was super nice and helpful! This is a very small location, with no where to sit to wait for your order. I recommend ordering ahead via their website, app or call ahead.

There are plenty of Vegetarian options, as well as Gluten Free crust to build your own pizza.

My recommendation though would be for all delivery instructions the customer provides to be given to the driver. She showed me where she only received the first few words of the instructions and without that, it’s not easy to find my location.

Marked extra sauce and extra bake on the app but pizza was actually kinda dry like they put light sauce and this location doesn’t seem to know what extra bake means. ALWAYS not baked to crisp. This location is cheap, they NEVER have paper plates so I’m sure they don’t even order them. This is a take out or delivery location only

We order the same specialty 1/2 & 1/2 pizza at least twice monthly.. first half triple pepperoni no cheese, second half pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese. Most of the time it’s correct and made well, on a couple occasions it has been made incorrectly, but the gentleman whom I believe to be the manager has promptly corrected these mistakes. On our most recent visit 05/18 Daniel was very nice and took our phone order and repeated it back correctly. However when I went to pick up the pizza it was VERY POORLY MADE as you can see, it was not triple pepperoni and not extra cheese and as can be seen not covering the entire crust. They did offer and I accepted the remake, but upon arriving home I still felt that it was lacking the usual amount of pepperoni, it still did not have the extra cheese, and it was way under sauced to the point that it was dry. There did not appear to be the usual or any manager on duty.

I recently visited your establishment and placed an order, requesting only steak on my pizza. However, onions were added to the order by mistake. When I attempted to return the pizza later that evening, I was informed the kitchen had already closed, but the manager kindly provided a coupon for a complimentary one-topping pizza.

Yesterday, as we noticed the coupon was nearing its expiration date, I called and explained our previous issue to a staff member. The individual I spoke to assured me that using the coupon the following day would not be a problem as long as I explained the situation again.

Today, my wife contacted the store and spoke with an employee named Leona, with the conversation on speakerphone. I was quite surprised and disappointed by Leona’s tone and demeanor during the call. She repeatedly implied that my wife was attempting to misuse the coupon, which was both unnecessary and inappropriate. Everything my wife mentioned she would challenge, attempt to correct, or act out as if attempting to catch her in a lie. I would also like to note that both my wife and I are professionals—and the implication that we could not afford a pizza was unfounded and disrespectful. Furthermore, despite my wife’s polite requests to stop being addressed as “hun,” Leona continued and justified it as a cultural habit being from the South and that’s it’s appropriate being a gender role term, which my wife found uncomfortable in the heat of their discussion three separate times.

Overall, this experience was deeply unprofessional and left a negative impression. Due to this interaction, we have decided not to return.

This particular location on Central Florida Parkway in Orlando Florida has an employee named Leona that has a nasty attitude and I just don’t understand why they haven’t already fired her! Tips: Tips for what? The pizza hasn’t been delivered or served at a table, employees barely talk to the customers standing in front of them and they expect a tip! PLEASE! Are they kidding me?! Let me share a tip: Leona, be kind to customers because without all of us buying a pizza, Pappa John’s would not have business and without business YOU wouldn’t have a job, period! Tips to all employees: Deliver with the Etiquette of Customer Service. Welcome the customer for coming in and thanks them on the way out! Be kind because they chose to order papa John’s instead of eating at Domino’s or Chick Fil A or Taco Bell just to name a few. I hope the district manager reads this comment and changes things around, by letting go whoever needs to let go, retrain whoever needs a good retrain on friendly customer service and by making this place a better one for customers who decides to visits this particular location in Orlando Florida.

I usually order from Papa John’s near my
Home nor from this store in Orlando in specific… I did an Uber Eats order and they send me the wrong pizza. I called the store to speak about the mistakes and the manager (she) was very rude to solved (normal stressed boss lady, not a leader) that should be work for a place with no customer service (not everyone is trained correctly to be in this position, or is time to change personal). Next time Papa John’s get better people than can manage any situations for a positive outcome.

In town visiting some friends. We had a hellacious day and needed some comfort food. We used the app to order the pizza and ran some errands before picking up the food. The food was made super quick and when we arrived we were greeted by Russell who was absolutely awesome. He was so friendly, helpful and efficient. The food tasted amazing and fresh. Truthfully, it hit the spot and what made this even better was Russell. Keep it going Papa John’s.
