I have always thought Domino’s delivery was so much better than Doordash and Grubhub. We quit using those services over a year ago due to cold food and bad service. Domino’s always had a fabulous tracker and delivered hot food, until today. I guess the days of hot food and good service are over. It took an hour and a half on a normal Wednesday to be delivered. We called to check on the order to the totally uncaring person answering the phone. It was placed on my porch with no knock or doorbell or delivery updates. It looks like it sat out there for over 15-20 minutes without bags, just loose for bugs and ants and until it was stone cold. At least you can track the Doordash driver, but Domino’s has apparently ended that service. I will start tipping myself to pickup carry out of other local restaurants, but my Domino’s days are over.

Used to order delivery from this store because it’s the closest one to my house, now I will drive past it and go out of the way just to get dominos from another store or another brand. this store consistently has the worst customer service and always over cooks food. Had one of their drivers (either a black Mazda cx5 or black Hyundai Tucson. Pretty sure it was a Mazda) make an illegal u turn almost causing me to wreck right in front of their store. I obviously honked the horn, passed then the driver proceeded to blind me by bright lighting me. Overall over cooked food, bad service and dangerous drivers

Unbelievable really. I ordered a pizza I don’t know a month or two ago and it wasn’t good they did something to it that wasn’t right so they gave us a credit for a large pizza. I was really looking forward to something tasty, but unfortunately they are incompetent at making the pizza the way you ordered it. My replacement pizza tonight was burnt, didn’t have the sauce I asked for and wasn’t cut all the way through. I’ll never get pizza from here again.

Domino’s did their thang today!!! My pizza was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of toppings. I also ordered the cinnamon twists and they were just as delicious. Quick delivery time. Delicious food. I was very pleased!

Today I ordered a large pizza and cheddar bacon through Linia on the dominoes app and the delivery guy gave me the wrong order. He didn’t even knock on my door, he just left the food outside my house. I called dominoes to tell them about the mistake, which I understand. They are busy but I have also worked in restaurants and that is why I can understand to a certain extent but that I call them and they have not come for more than two hours. with my correct order and that I still call them and they cut off my phone, it seems unfair to me so I need them to return my money and come for their incorrect order since they are rude and give terrible customer service

came here a few weeks ago and got 2 medium pizzas. both pizzas had completely raw dough even though i requested both well done. just placed an order and called specifically to ask them to make sure it’s fully cooked through. although the person on the phone didn’t seem so thrilled that i gave them a call, nor did they apologize for the prior quality issues, the pizza i received was fully cooked. i really don’t think it should be necessary to have to call to make sure the pizza is cooked properly, and i feel like i had every right to call the health department about the previous issues. i recommend ordering at your own risk

I love this Domino’s Pizza! I have purchased two separate deliveries since I moved to New Providence Park. Both orders were perfect! Everything was cooked well, tasted delicious, & still hot when received! All the delivery men have been super! Both of my deliveries were delivered when promised or a little earlier!
