The food is amazing and very authentic. Everything came out quickly and steaming hot. Service was impeccable, our server was so polite and attentive. This place is also SPOTLESS, so clean. I chose Korea King for my birthday lunch and am so satisfied with that choice. We will 100% be back !

Amazing authentic Korean dishes! The tiny plates of Kimchi, bean sprouts, potatoes etc are out this world! I highly recommend the Bulgogi and the pork short ribs! For an appetizer the Shumai is amazing! The service and food quality is A+++++ I would highly recommend Korea King if you are in Omaha visiting!!

Not real Korean food at all. If someone says it’s authentic or amazing, either they’ve never had actual Korean food or they’re just being generous. Pretty common for Omaha, unfortunately. We walked in around 1:30pm (still lunch hour!) and the place was dead quiet. We tried five dishes, and aside from the shrimp fried rice—which isn’t even a traditional Korean dish—none of them tasted remotely Korean. Found out later the food was made by a “josun-jok” (Chinese) chef, which explained a lot. Everything tasted off, and my family couldn’t even finish half of what we ordered. Also, the pork cutlet was dreessed in dark brown color, which happens when the same oil is reused over and over again. Clearly, not the most hygienic approach! Definitely not going back, and I cannot recommend this spot to anyone.

**My personal intake on this place. If you like a descriptive detailed review. This is the review for you.**

It’s so rare for me to give many food joints a 5 star review but I can whole heartedly and confidently say that this place deserves it! I recently had the pleasure of trying Korean spicy bulgogi at Korea King, and it was an unforgettable culinary experience.

The dish was a feast for the senses! The vibrant colors of the marinated pork, glistening with a spicy red hue, were incredibly inviting. The aroma wafting from the plate, an intoxicating blend of garlic, sesame, and the distinctive kick of gochugaru, set my taste buds tingling in anticipation.

The pork itself was perfectly tender, marinated just long enough to absorb all the flavors while maintaining a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Each bite was a delightful mix of sweet and spicy, with the marinade perfectly balanced; neither overpowering nor too subtle. The addition of fresh vegetables added a nice crunch and brightness, enhancing the overall dish!

The experience was further elevated by the friendly service and the restaurant’s inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who loves authentic Korean cuisine, or if you’re new to Korean food and would love to try some authentic bold flavors! If you’re looking for a flavorful adventure that warms the soul, you can’t go wrong with this spicy bulgogi!

In terms of price, very reasonable! We’re talking close to 2 pounds of meat at around 20$ price tag. In total I paid around 45$ for the drinks, sides and main dish for 2 1/2 people (I count my toddler as 1/2). Definitely a delicious and beautiful experience that I will be attending again!

What matters is the taste and quality of food. Service and friendliness. Cleanliness. Everything we ordered was very tasty and plentiful servings. It’s warm and homey inside the dining room.
The food is Wonderful. It’s a must try this place. Waitress is very helpful and explains how spicy or mild dishes are. They don’t push you to leave when your done. All around excellent visit and meal.

I was blown outta the water here! This pork cutlet and the side dishes were all amazing! I personally enjoyed the Korean pickles! As well as the bean sprouts! But this hit the spot and the craving I was wanting! The only thing I have to “complain” is that service was a bit odd, you go and pay up front whenever you are ready. But it’s family owned and they treat you quite well! Definitely gonna have to try their short ribs next time!
Update!
Came back here on 3/30, food was just as delicious as last time! I got the Kanpoonki it was sweet, savory and spicy! Definitely will get it again! The service wasn’t the best this time around. I know the waitress was new but hopefully next time she’ll be better! But that’s why I’m taking down a star for the service.

Our dinner at Korean King was truly enjoyable. The service today was exceptional, and the food was incredibly delicious. The side dishes were outstanding and genuinely authentic. In my opinion, they serve the finest Korean cuisine in town, and the Golbi soup was the best I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska. You won’t be disappointed.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to check this place out. First up was the banchan which was fresh, vibrant and all around delicious. Than came the spicy bulgulgi with white rice as the side. This sweet, savory and mild spicy dish was a beautiful symphony of flavors. Next up the Korean fried chicken. Crunchy and savory with a slight sweet notes. This was an awesome way to end my meal. The meat was still juicy the sauce was just what my taste buds needed. And to top it all off the best part of my day was meeting Da’n I hope I spelled that right. Sorry if I didn’t. But she was fantastic. She was full of smiles. She greeted me and made me feel safe and comfortable. She gave me some menu options and brought the food out promptly and also talked with me after my meal. She is one of the reasons I will be frequently be coming back. That and the menu. Thank you!

Just ordered through doordash.
First, food does taste good, pretty decent as Asian standard too. Problem is that they missed my rice, and the portion for Galbi is way smaller.
Taste wise it does not taste special, and I believe it is regular galbi, but portion is probably worth half the price.
Bulgogi does taste good, but it is not Korean style. It felt more like white people seasoning
Maybe they give you more when you’re in store; however, if ordering delivery size is so small you must pay $50 and more to be full, without tips and fees

Tasty Korean food. Gyoza was the best. The ribs could have used a glaze to bring in the flavor a bit, but overall still good.
