Not very welcoming, if you are a trucker and plan to come late night, there is no dine in.. I magically came when they didn’t have any french fries how are you a fast food restaurant For not having any fries. They advised me that I cannot substitute my fries for anything besides chili. I was gonna get a meal but how can u have meal without fries ?I said OK well, if I can’t do that, can I go ahead and pick up my fries when you guys have them available a different day Since that’s what I’m paying for. And I’ve done this with a different location when they are out of something I can go ahead and pick it up another time. They advised me no they cannot do that as well. The manager said It’s chili or nothing.. Honestly, by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. The atmosphere is most definitely not welcoming, all the workers i seen like they didnt want to be there.. i would avoid this wendys if you could

I have had nothing,but problems with this location. I am a truck driver and I dont have many options. I stopped in here for breakfast and ordered 2 chicken wraps and a honey butter chicken biscuit. I got not chicken on my biscuit. I tried calling the location but they do nor answer the phone.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered through the app and when I got to the restaurant they told me my order wasn’t available when I already paid for my meal. I had to pick a different meal but get this they had to choice for me not even give me the option anyway. I wanted to cancel my order to get my money back and the worker Melanie wouldn’t let me cancel it because it was going to be a problem on her end.
What is the point of the app if you’re not allowed to even order what you really want to eat. Very poor customer service, never coming to this Wendy’s again. And they still want to get paid $20 an hour please…

I was very disappointed. Went thru to get breakfast and they said no croissants available… ok we got biscuits instead. They did not tell us at 730 am that we would get fries instead of seasoned potatoes. We would have just gotten the sandwiches not the combo. The biscuits were cold and egg was rubbery, I only ate the bacon and fries. By far my worst experience at a Wendy’s.

I really like Wendy’s, but this place is a total rip-off.
I’ve placed two mobile orders here, and each time, the sandwiches were missing ingredients. It’s happened twice! And the manager even said they don’t have all the ingredients.
Then my friend tried to order another sandwich from his phone, and it was the same deal.
So, beware! Your orders will always come with less ingredients than you’ve ordered.
It’s strange, I’ve checked the reviews and I’m not the first person with this issue.

Not the best visit. Ordered a Baconator — it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting out. Fries were clearly frozen and undercooked, not crispy at all. Also, no ice in the soda machine, which made everything taste flat and warm. Disappointing overall.
