They wouldn’t put beans beef and cheese in the popusa. Salsa is pre packaged. Looks as if store bought rather than homemade. Will NEVER return. There are a million places with better Hispanic food dishes in the dallas area.

Just okay, but don’t think I’d return. Maybe only if I really wanted an elote. They are open late which is good if you don’t mind not so great food. For a place that advertises Pupusas I really expected to be blown away. I definitely would not get the fajita tacos again. If the tortillas were fried they would have been so much better. They seemed to have come straight out of the package. Maybe steamed but not great. Everything was just kind of bland but the pork was decent. Overall I just wasn’t impressed. However, we didn’t spend much for a decent amount of food so that was a plus.

We ordered for pick up, they charged our card, and then weren’t even there when we showed up to get the food. They won’t answer the phone numbers provided, and now we have a house full of guests with no food that we paid almost $100 for. Pretty much ruined our get together. Will never order again

This is actually a “disappointed” review. I will say the food is good, but seems like they only service “certain people” face to face & others (like myself) have to use the iPad to order. This has happened twice. I watched the person who took orders service other people (who weren’t black) face to face which was VERY noticeable by the people who ordered behind me. When others were picking up their food it was handed to them. My food was just placed in front of the window.. again no customer service. Probably won’t be going back because of this sadly.

The reviews are crazy!!! The pupusas here are AMAZING! traveled from philadelphia to texas savoring that we’ll have pupusas when we get to crandall. Ordered through doordash and had barely of a wait. Order came as described!

I was so hopeful about this place, but I was not impressed for a couple reasons. There is no customer service at all. Order at a kiosk and pay there. No one too greet you or to ask questions to. Then they have our order to someone else. This people returned it a few moments later and they just handed it to us after it had been opened and handled by the other people. That is not ok. There was no apologies, nothing. I’m not a “Karen”, but I do believe that a little customer service goes a long way. I hope you all have a better expend than I did.
