Got the Kalbi/Chicken Bento and Mochiko chicken pack. The Bento was just ok. They used the same sauce on both meats. Mochiko chicken tasted more like fried chicken.
Lady that rang me up was nice but hard to understand.
They also gave me a free water. That was really nice.
Good place if you want to eat fast with no wait for cheap.

This is a great place to go if you want to quickly grab a lunch for yourself. Tons of options to choose from, and everything tasted really good. It’s a little bit of a Japanese fusion bento with some Filipino influence, with a good variety of veggies, BBQ meat, fish, and different kinds of rice. Definitely has a homecooked feel. There is no seating, just self serve shelves and a register.

Great selection of ready to
Go Japanese bento boxes. I got the katsu chicken curry and it was great. The prices are hard to beat as well. Fast and convenient

Just when I was figuring what I was going to have for lunch, (since I skipped breakfast) my neighbor knocked on my door bringing food from Mamaya in Pearl Kai Aiea. I am blessed to have awesome neighbors that always share good eats with us and this is a spot I have yet to try. I was super excited because I’m originally from Aiea and anything from my hometown makes me super happy! They gave me a Bento Combo that had: Teri Beef, Fried Chicken, a slice of SPAM dipped in a teriyaki glaze, & a piece of fried panko fish with small container tartar sauce on a bed of multi grain rice. There was also a container with noodles with an assortment of toppings as well. Delicious! Very tasty and full of flavor. Noodles were firm and just right, not salty. The Beef Teriyaki was especially yummy!! I highly recommend this tasty local spot

I love Mamaya’s salmon nori bento with multigrain rice. This is one of the best bentos in Hawaii!

The miso butterfish bento is the best item on the menu. I also like the potato salad and the kinpira gobo. Don’t forget to get a stamp for every bento purchased. You get a free bento after you buy ten.

This place used to have the best pumpkin tempura along with a whole host of other delicious items that were available pick your own style okazuya and pay by the weight, like buying Korean Banchan style. Now they are serving pre-made bentos and although the food is okay, it simply is not the same as their pre-pandemic menu and style of restaurant. So sad how fantastic business models were really destroyed by an over reaching years long lock-down. The staff is helpful and very nice, lots of parking and the store was clean as well.

Close to the Pearl Ridge Center and east of the Rail Station. Very convenient Aiea bento pick up spot.
