Been here multiple times everytime it’s amazing they have a challenge to eat 9 scoops of ice cream I didn’t try it but wanted to because everything tastes so good service is fast and the staff is polite.

My cousin and I came here on our bikes to go get ice cream on the go. We walked in and the inside is very clean and the atmosphere is great. Although the inside was nice, I couldn’t say the same about the employees. I walked in and there was no clear area of the line and the employees just stared at my cousin and I, they didn’t say a word. The girl behind the counter finally asked what we wanted. We both ordered. The ice cream is good, but not that good for $17. We ordered a regular milkshake and a 2 scoop ice cream cup. No rush coming back, pricey for alright ice cream.

We were there the first time on Monday. Their “moose tracks” ice cream completely redefines that flavor!!! I’ve never had a more delicious ice cream!!! I only wish I lived closer. We will be regulars next summer!!! And the portion sizes are much bigger than anywhere else.

This is great ice cream. It has ruined me,I cannot eat another ice cream from another place. That’s how good it is. The flavor is beyond words. You have to go try it for yourself to see how delectable it truly is. Wish I had a pic to show you just how creamy and velvety it is , but we ate it so if in wildwood this is a must!

Came in tonight to get ice cream, the line was moving slowly but no big deal at all. It was finally about to be my turn to order and two of the three employees working apologized to the third girl and abruptly left while giggling to each other. The third employee, Yani, proceeded to take everyone’s order to the best of her ability even though there was a very long line. She held her composure extremely well and was still very sweet. I am sorry that her two coworkers decided to leave her like that, but glad she had the respect to stay and try her hardest. Amazing job to her!!!!

First of all I want to say I’ve been working in food service and understand 5 hour long rushes with constant line out the door. The girls who work at this place complain out loud about being exhausted while customers are in store. It’s almost performative like they’re telling us to get out because it’s late. Deadpan stares and a bland “what can i get you”. So either speak to your employees about attitude or don’t stay open until 12 when you’re going to deny service to those who walk in at 11:40. It’s an ice cream shop.

Hello I am I writing this review for Kylie Laura and Ryan from The dugout. Me and my family spent our vacation in Wildwood and my son found this place, you have a very great staff there. They are very good kids, very polite people and they help everyone. We went there every single night and these kids made this the highlight of my whole vacation I can’t wait to come back there next year because I already miss the place I have told everybody about the dugout and now that I know you guys are there I’ll be living there next year LOL I just wished you guys opened up earlier than 5:00 this way I can come twice a day instead of once a day lol! I actually missed my dinner one night just to be able to get my ice cream again. These kids really should get a raise they take very good care of everyone there they move the line very quickly and are very polite very friendly with all your customers and I just wanted to put it out there and anyone that didn’t try the dugout you got to go this is best place to go. Me and my family shared the GRAND SLAM you got to go and try it! I hope all of you kids have a great year coming up for school and I’ll see you all next summer . Thank you all for all your help there is no other ice cream place I will go to. The Price is Right why use another place they have it all. Justt make sure you guys have a lot of peanut butter on hand when I come back

I used to love this place, but the service has gone way downhill. Staff complain loudly about being tired, and made me feel uncomfortable. I get coming in late can be annoying but I came in 30 before closing. Disappointing and unprofessional. Might have to find a new ice cream place.

I was there last night, all the girls and the one boy there were so nice, they had to deal with a situation that a manager or adult should of handled and they all did perfectly!!! And this lady was so mean to them. She fixated on the one girl being really rude, and mean trying to get her to act like her. And she handled it with grace and confidence!!! I wish I knew her name because she did a really good job handling it. And I hope the lady that acted that way is ashamed of herself for fighting with a bunch a really sweet people. Oh the ice cream was fantastic and I loved the Belgian waffles pretty amazing. I recommend going here n getting some ice cream!!
