Upon entering the establishment, we were immediately greeted and placed in seating. Our orders were taken and in ample time we received our first appetizer. The food was amazing. We ordered dinner 20 minutes before closing and was handed a fresh plate of food. The server was a sweetheart. For a Saturday night date, it was a very quiet spot to enjoy company without having to yell over music.

I have eaten two meals at PeruFresh and will definitely come back for a third…and fourth. For lunch I had the pan con chicharrón. The pork was flavorful, and the balance between the savory of the meat and sweet potato with the acidity of the ensalada criolla was perfect.
Came back for dinner with a friend. We split a causa de atún and anticuchos de carne (unfortunately they no longer serve heart, as it wasn’t a big seller) as appetizers. Causa was second best I have ever had, bested only by my girlfriend’s. Anticuchos were extremely well-seasoned and tender, and served with papas a la huancaina, which were delicious (excellent sauce.)
We ordered the aji de gallina and the tallarín verde. Both were excellent and plated beautifully. We left stuffed and happy, each with leftovers from our entrées.
I will keep coming back for the food (kudos to the chef), the front staff (a wonderful woman, but I think she is often solo, which is tough), and the atmosphere (great music selection playing, including Criolla, at the right volume to be enjoyed without having to yell at the person sitting next to you to be heard).
I hope you give them a visit to have a delicious and authentic Peruvian culinary experience, but also to support a great small business that is unique part of downtown Sebring and the area as a whole.

We were in Sebring for the 75th year anniversary of the first Sebring race. We stumbled upon Peru Fresh. One person in our party is from Chile, and she was so excited to find a place that felt like home. The service was outstanding thanks to Valeria our server. Very friendly and mannerly. And the food….oh the food. First, things come out as they are prepared. So while we didn’t all get our food at the same time, it didn’t matter. It was so nice to get a meal that was freshly prepared, hot, and extremely flavorful. It was authentic and so much fun. Second, we all had such a great meal as a family, and we all got to try each other’s dishes. All were magnificent. I highly recommend the leche de tigre, aji de gallina, and arroz de chafua. Also, the pisco sour & the pisco passionfruit. If you want an interesting, cultural experience with a lot of gf options and a relaxed dinner with friends and family, visit Peru Fresh. It is a gem in such a small town.

The place is nice but food and service are terrible , papa a la huancaina with white sauce and Parmesan cheese on the top , aji de gallina totally with no color or flavor but salty and with Parmesan cheese on top . they take care of the place,is clean but they need to find a good cook . Not coming back .

If you go to Sebring you have to go to eat at PeruFresh. Amazing Peruvian food. Excelent taste. Nicolette the manager and Gonzalo the chef are the best. The service was great . I definitely recommend it . I will definitely go back there.

It’s my second time here at PeruFresh on the circle in Sebring, Florida. The ceviche is outstanding: fresh, bright, and perky. The zing of citrus, red onion, tender chicken, avocados, mashed potatoes… delightful to the mouth and artfully presented. The staff is friendly. The Sangria: perfection. Pricing is very fair. Portions generous.

Wow! The best ceviche i have ever had! Better than Miami, better than Monaco, better than Everywhere! I was very surprised to find such an authentic, delicious, fresh and fun restaurant on a sleepy Sunday afternoon in downtown Sebring.
My dad was floored by the yucca. It was the best he’d ever had.
We can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering dessert, come early as the desserts sell out quickly. Dancing on Friday and Saturday. Need I say more?!?

We decided to go try Peru Fresh Ceviche Bar & Market and it was the best decision ever!!!! Starting by the plate presentation, excellent food, the flavors are amazing!!! We had plates such as Aji de Gallina, Taipa Lomo Salteado, Filete de pollo al grill con arroz, papa & ensalada.
