My Coworker and I ordered sandwiches online and recieved the wrong food.When we called the store about it,the manager argued with us and said he has a reciept for the food,which does not explain that we had the wrong sandwiches. This manager had the worst attitude toward a customer. He refused to replace our sandwiches. We simply just wanted what we ordered. I will never again go to this store again!! POOR SERVICE. BY FAR THE BEST SUBWAY ALL AROUND! First of all the staff! You are truly welcomed & you can tell they care! It truly shows in the quality of sub. Don’t get me wrong, I love all subways but for some reason they always taste the best at this location! Btw this is a real review…I might sound extra thrilled but I’m legit setting a sub now & it’s banging lol!

Not the best representation of the Subway brand . When I walked in I was ignored. I said hello loudly The sub artist had one AirPod in and didn’t look up say a word as she was making another order or bother to acknowledge my presence, she then motions to her coworker to assist as I was picking up an online order. She says you can check over there and points to a stand or online orders . The stand has my food on it and I grab it and remember that I ordered a drink , the guy scans the receipt and hands me a cup and shoos me away in an attempt to not answer anymore questions. When I got to my car the Philly cheesesteak was cold yet I wanted both sandwiches toasted also drenched in sauce even though I requested light sauce in the app . This location needs to be retrained or replaced because I will drive out of my way before returning again .

Upon a recent visit, I was greeted with extremely rude customer service. I was there to redeem an order that was handled incorrectly. I was very clear in explaining everything and wanted the same respect and clarity to resolve the issue. The guy who is usually there truly needs an attitude adjustment or should take a course in customer service since his profession is serving the public. It seems there’s so many complaints about him in particular. His behavior is very unnecessary and unprofessional. Doesn’t represent the company well. I will be notifying the manager.

Service was horrible. I ordered a total of 5 sandwiches and the guys making the sandwiches acted as if I was asking for a million dollars. When other customer’s came in that were of a different race they were treated with superb customer service, when my sandwiches were thrown together. I sat and observed the same treatment towards other non Caucasian or middle easterners. I will not support this subway again! It seems as if all of the subway workers that are of the middle eastern decent have a problem serving those with pigment. Every location in the Glen Burnie area I’ve experienced this type of service. Never again!
