Drink presentation was amazing and the taste didn’t disappoint. We had guacamole and birria tacos that were scrumptious. A friend ordered the steak and potatoes and wasn’t impressed although he said it was flavorful. We sat in the left corner as you come in and one of the lights was out so it was darker than usual making it extremely hard to see anything. You only get 90 minutes which wasn’t told to us until after we ordered another round with 10 minutes left. We felt that should have been communicated earlier and definitely when ordering that last round which we had to chug. Apparently there used to be a sign but it fell off and hasn’t been replaced. Other than that service was good. Will definitely be back.

They were able to sit a group of 8 for drinks with no reservation on a Saturday night which was amazing, and you could tell they worked really hard drink presentation. After falling in love with Brix Latin American Cuisine, I discovered it also has a speakeasy, which added to my euphoria. Ashley and Miguel’s rendition of The Black Rabbit and Bellas Artes knocked it out of the park. The flavors, pours, and presentations paired with the ambiance were precisely what the doctor ordered. With a lovely dark candle-lit atmosphere and comfortable seating, I couldn’t ask for a better ambiance to relax, nurse a cocktail, and enjoy conversation with a good friend.
