This is by far the best Scooter’s around its veteran owned and everyone is always so cheerful, and if by an odd chance there is a mistake with your order they fix it and make things right asap. The drinks always taste amazing no matter the time of day. Service and quality is definitely why I prefer to spend my money here rather than other coffee chains.

I came to get my free medium drink from Scooters today. I received a flyer from this location to download the app and you could get a free drink. I placed my order an even ordered other items. For some reason I was not able to get the free drink. Instead of trying to help me the manger on duty was rude and unhelpful. I drove 30 mins just get my family treats and was very upset and disappointed with the way I was treated. I hope that rude women knows she made this location lose a good customer.

I ordered the latte and it was good. The everything bagel sandwich was not. I am Not sure the cooking method but the bagel was really hard and chewy. Probably wouldn’t get that again. long wait lines too, almost 45 min for an online order. I honestly don’t see a benefit to ordering online if you have to wait in line for pick up. I’ll go back for sure but maybe after they find their groove.

There was no line, so things were running smoothly. Location is tricky so back-ups are going to happen. My experience on a Sunday at 8:40am was quick and friendly. They seemed staffed and ready for rushes. My coffee was very good – large dark roast coffee with a shot of espresso. My sandwich was good – maple waffle. It came out hot and fresh. At first it didn’t seem very flavorful, but as it cooled off, it became yummier.
It is nice to have this option available in Mascoutah. I’ve seen this spot be many things over 40+ years, so the work they did to improve the property as a whole is well done.

I can’t say enough good things about the Mascoutah Scooters! The team here always goes above and beyond—not just with their service, but with the genuine kindness they show every time I “scoot around”. They always make me and my dog feel special, greeting us by name (and with treats!) and creating such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Not only is the vibe great, but they’re also incredibly efficient. My order is always spot-on and ready quickly, even during the morning rush. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers both amazing service and a personal touch. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this scooters location forever now and have always been happy with what I get. I’m very much a fan of scooters, and have visited the other locations in the area. The Mascoutah one is by far my favorite. Keep in mind that you can customize your drink choice either through the mobile app or drive through. The employees are actually friendly, and seem to be happy to be working there. They know my pups and me which I always appreciate. I love the extra goodies they give out once in awhile too. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the new point system, but they have no control over that.

We go here often and did since the beginning it opened. In the first few months to a year this place was spectacular. The baristas were great and the drinks were excellent. We loved stopping in for our “Sweet treat” or pickup before going anywhere and enjoy the children options to make our little feel included. Lately the place has gone completely downhill. Drinks are made incorrect, They’re gross and sometimes they taste completely off. They are also never consistent anymore. You pay a high price for “Luxury” coffee only for you to feel disappointed that you could’ve done better at home.
