Reviews
I wish I could give Cream Time LLC more than 5 stars—the food genuinely deserves a 10/10.
Before ordering, I took the time to read the reviews and was immediately impressed by how the staff responds to critiques. It’s clear they take every review seriously, and that commitment to their craft and customers is what sealed the deal for me.
As for the food, let me tell you, this place is the real deal. I am incredibly picky about Jamaican food, but the flavors here instantly took me back home. The Fried Chicken was seasoned perfectly and had a depth of flavor that is often missing in Jamaican restaurants
What really blew me away was the generosity with the sides, especially the Plantain. Most Jamaican restaurants are strict and only give a small amount, but Cream Time LLC truly packed my box full of plantain, and as a huge fan, I appreciated that immensely! This thoughtfulness speaks volumes about their quality and customer focus.
This was my first time ordering, and I absolutely love it. This restaurant deserves all the hype; it’s an authentic taste of home, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
The food is always fresh and full of flavor. I haven’t visited the restaurant in person yet because it’s a bit far, but I definitely plan to one day. As for delivery, everything is securely sealed—no openings, no chances for anyone to peek at or tamper with the food.
Absolutely delicious. The ackee and saltfish, boiled dumpling, boiled banana, and everything else I’ve tried has been amazing. The dumplings are especially impressive—not tough like most restaurants, but soft and easy to bite through.
This is a 10+ star restaurant for me. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing—I truly love the food.
I always order rice and peas and fried chicken but today I ordered two patties and coco bread. The delivery arrived with the patties already tucked inside the coco bread like they knew I was tired and deserved peace.
I quite literally lifted one finger… to eat.
Effortless. Thoughtful. Delicious. Kudos to you all!
To complement the delicious food, they also sold traditional Jamaican condiments and drinks, which was a delightful touch. The dessert options were equally impressive, with Jamaican ice cream and milkshakes that were simply divine.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly pleasant and attentive, making sure every aspect of our meal was perfect.
Additionally, the restaurant offers catering services with their food trucks, which is a fantastic option for events. Overall, this Jamaican restaurant provides an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Five stars all the way!
Update: & your response explains my point exactly. Also so quick to assume when I have tasted your food, not purchased by myself, but shared with me from another which is how I even found you in the first place so again point made by your response distasteful and unprofessional.
