~ LONG REVIEW & TIMELINE ~
I had this spot at a one star for such a long-time. A very long time. No one used to pick up the phone or would act like they care, everyone had a frown, and nothing was getting done about the accuracy of my order. Most of the time it’s just a “Slice & Stix, with a two-liter pepsi” and it would come out raw, and I would have it as well-done because when it’s white and pastey It just goes to waste. Little ceasers used to have a bunch of passion, but that changes tonight, and also yesterday.
Back to back I put well done for my pizza and thankfully I had a dude on the phone yesterday that listened to me and got it done right, and then Vaalerie also cooked it very well for me and LISTENED to the max, showed me the pizza and this location finally felt like it used to be. From all the problems I had before, Jamestown little ceasers is super bad compared to lakewood. I will show the pizzas I have gotten. THANK YALL SO MUCH

My husband picked up a pizza for our family, but I couldnt tell the difference between the cardboard box and the pizza. Barely any cheese or sauce for that matter, super thin, and the crust was dry without any garlic and not stuffed like we ordered. Hopefully we will have a better experience at the Jamestown location next time.

Ordered and they never apparently recieved my order after having the entire build process sent to my email to the point of it being ready get there they are of no assistance told me it was my fault. With clearly 4 emails in color pulled up anyhow I left and went home to make my own pizza not happy. Charged my credit card to they told me I should call to have it undone with the credit card company well of course bc I’m clearly not paying for a service that’s clearly not working out here. Wanted me to pay again and reorder maybe? Idk it was never even an option just point blank arguing about a error that’s clearly happened. Customer service now days just is different than ever.

Not bad! Walked In and got a hot and ready pizza. I was craving cheesy bread and I waited 10 mins for a fresh batch. Not bad at all. Long drive cooled it down but not their fault at all. It was delicious.
