There was a gnat in my iced coffee. Not ideal, considering I finished the drink before seeing it smushed against the side of the cup by the ice.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’s I have been into in my life! The coffee always tastes burnt or watered down and yet still burnt?! The service in here isn’t great and the person working the register was coughing into the air and her hand the last time I went in. They are also way nicer to people that come in frequently.
I’ve also made the mistake of accidentally ordering from here on Grubhub a few times and it’s never been great. They also make substitutions without checking with you first.

I ordered from this dunkin and quickly popped in to pick it up. The order was ready within 5 minutes and the food was great. Our drinks were made properly, no issue at all, and they were some of best dunkin drinks I’ve had. Despite how busy it was, good food and good service, I would recommend this place. There’s also adequate parking in front of the whole place.

No bathroom. I was early dropping my granddaughter off at school. I’m pregnant and needed to pee really bad so we stopped to get something to eat and so I could use the bathroom but they don’t have one! What! Then the security guard was like it’s a private building and we don’t have a public bathroom! What! I just bought something and you’re not going to let me use the bathroom! I could see if I was just a random person off the street but you don’t let your guests that just bought something use the bathroom!

I ordered a chai latte. It looked and tasted just like milk and did not seem to even have any chai tea in it. I ended up throwing it away. It took about 10 mins to even get food when there was hardly anyone in front of me. The cashier was also very rude.

Understaffed. I felt so bad for the main lady who works in the early morning. She was doing her best, and is so nice despite her coworkers no call no showing. I am always happy with her friendly service, and the care she puts into making drinks the way people like them.

Always loved coming here. Staff have for the most part been very generous and wonderful. However, I noticed a trend starting to happen here regarding the quality of the beverages. If you have the Dunkin app, you have the chance to redeem points for free drinks, etc. and almost everytime I get a beverage for free from my points I accrued, the coffee tastes terrible and appears to be very watered down to the point I just toss it in the trash. During these times I’ve noticed the staff are not busy as it’s later in the day so I’m not sure what the issue is here? Anyway rant over, hope the love comes back when making a cup of joe #nothardtomessup.

My order was completely wrong. For 5 dollars for a small little wrap it should have at least been right but my sausage was bacon and I got 4 tator tot hashbrowns for 2 dollars. What a robbery. I recommend not going to this location.

The espresso is better than expected and the donuts are always fresh. The friendly service keeps pace with the business. Not much seating, but most people get orders to go, so generally there’s room to park and enjoy the food.
