I ordered ‘You Gotta Be Puddin Me” and my husband ordered “It’s Mint to Be” and the presentation was phenomenal! You get to wash out and keep the jars, too! The ice cream was very flavorful and the extras were top notch. Highly recommend a visit when in the Waterfront in Pittsburgh!

The presentation was amazing – like over the top. We didn’t wait long at all – but, I think we were the only customers at the time we were there until folks showed up after us.
I ordered the croissant with strawberries and it was good – but I didn’t eat much because it was huge and what it was served on wasn’t conducive to eating it. And It’s like a “knife and fork” type of dessert (plus a spoon for the ice cream!).
The s’mores milkshake was crazy – it looked amazing!
I’d say this is a novelty experience. I probably won’t seek it out again – but it was good.

This place was crazy packed. This was our first time here. the line did move fast. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The service was great! The shakes is on a pricey side, but it’s worth it. I had strawberry cheesecake in a jar., my daughter had the Oreo cheesecake in a cup. It took about 10 minutes for them to make it and they bring it out to you. Oh yeah, they gave you a number so they can find you and bring your shake out. This place is right in the waterfront right across the street from the improv.

OMG, so good! I saw a review on TikTok & had to try for myself. It did not disappoint. I ordered the Sweet Cheesus milkshake, it came with a whole piece of cheesecake on top. It was absolutely delicious. I know this is a pricey milkshake at $17, but you get to keep the glass & you get a whole piece of cheesecake! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area again.

Don’t go here if you are counting calories. Do go here if you want to indulge to the max! We went on a Friday afternoon and waited in line for twenty minutes, but it was worth the wait. The selection is endless. So we spent most of the twenty minutes trying to decide what we wanted. You can’t go wrong no matter what you choose. It’s all good! Great quality ice cream and toppings, and the presentation is epic. I highly recommend fasting for a day or two then hitting up this place.

The servers seem to be in no hurry. The store was a bit sloppy. The wait times were over 20 mins after you ordered. I was really bummed out by the lack of care for such a new store.
The prices are okay. 17$ for a milkshake but you get to keep the jar which is nice . But cost is very high overall. If you are a family on a budget this is not the place to go.

Went here with some of the grandkids, Line was Long but gave us time to look at the menu. Staff was Very nice, atmosphere was Very nice. Most Importantly my grandkids enjoyed it

We stopped here on a Saturday evening. It was busy, but the staff worked hard and we’re very friendly. There is a variety of milkshakes to choose from. Give plenty of time to be served as the staff is preparing your artwork. Each one is crafted to perfection and very delicious. Remember this ain’t your parents’taste 2 freeze. If you choose to get a mason jar there is a sink to wash it out and take it home. This is a nice treat to end the day with loved ones. We will be back

If going on a Saturday night, be prepared to wait. I’ll tell you my time experience. 25 minutes in line outside until reaching the counter to place my order, another 30+ minutes after ordering until we got our ice cream.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Taste was delicious. I opted for just the $13 plastic cup vs the $17 glass (but you get to take that home after using their wash station). I did have to ask for to-go containers and I felt bad bothering her because they were so busy.
Above all, I would definitely go back to try other creations! Just on an off-peak time.
