We were driving by Crude City BBQ trying to figure out what to eat after a soccer game when our 3-year-old son said that looks good. I looked up their Facebook and thought it looked good so we decided to try it out. We are so glad we did! It is decorated so cute, has great service, and everything was delicious. We had a family meal, popper burger, and a brisket grilled cheese. We had fried Oreos and bread pudding for desert. The bread for both sandwiches was made in house and all the meat and sides we ordered were very good. We definitely recommend and will be going back!

Only reason’s I’m not giving a 5 star is my own opinion the bbq sauce was smothered over the ribs and chicken I prefer no bbq sauce I prefer the flavor of the meat and also I could not taste the smoke flavor in the meats again my own preference. Now THE GREAT everything else!!! Service the young man fantastic job 2/15/26 @ 18:00. The atmosphere y’all nailed it I love the theme kind of a man cave theme. All the food I can tell is not I repeat not out of a Ben E Keith truck these guys are making pickles out of cucumbers, chopping up the potatoes to make fries, chopping up the cabbage to make cole slaw, beans with sausage and jalapenosI I don’t even know the word for the deliciousness. Great job I’m disappointed I didn’t stop by before.

First time going I went to the drive thru, unsure what I wanted, the woman at the window was very helpful but then I believe the owner came up to the window to take over. He was really nice and made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. Was very welcoming. Wish I took a picture now, but I was starving and devoured my sandwich. Chopped beef sandwich was mountain high of meat and the fries were really good. Price point was cheaper than getting a patty melt at whataburger. For food that is cooked in beef tallow, which is way healthier than vegetable or peanut oil, mounds of food, and cheaper???? Why wouldn’t you make this place a designated spot to grab lunch. Did I mention how delicious it was? Very tasty. Definitely will be back.

The food was amazing! Everything was delicious. Cary, (the young man that was at the counter), AMAZING customer service. Respectful, kind and helpful young man. It’s rare to see that kind of service anywhere in Midland and we found it at Crude. He was taking orders, handing out orders, walking out orders outside to the customers waiting in cars, bussing tables, etc. It was like he was a one man band, but in customer service God bless Cary and everyone at Crude. Oh and the food too

Can’t praise them enough. My husband took us for our anniversary. We tried the Jalapeño Popper Burger and the Turkey BBQ Burger. The Jalapeño one was so unexpected, but also so good! The fries are amazing! Perfectly crisped and salted. We also had the green chili mac that was just spicy enough to be good and so perfectly creamy.

I’ve driven by Crude Food so many times and never stopped. Well today, I stopped, and I was not disappointed. Accepting the recommendation of the friendly person taking my order, I chose the chopped beef sandwich. Such a simple staple of BBQ joints, sometimes disappointing, sometimes not. This one did NOT disappoint. It took a little longer to get my sandwich than expected and now I know why. It wasn’t just some bread and leftover beef soaked in sauce. Oh no. This was fresh. Very fresh. Freshly chopped beef, layered on a grilled bun (the grilled bun alone puts it over the top for me) with pickles and onions and a side of sauce. The perfect size for a satisfying lunch. Well done Crude Food crew!

This place is the bomb.com!! I had the brisket sammie with homemade pickles on a from scratch bun. Wife had the Wildcatter and both were fresh as it gets and easy to eat. Atmosphere is awesome and fun. I’m ready to try the whole menu, their prices won’t beat you down either. Crude Food you found a customer for life!!
