Aweful subway. everytime i come in they have basically no veggies to choose from and basically no meats aswell. They constantly have to say that their toaster is down. How are u a subway and your toaster is always down. They also only carry white bread 99% of the time. Whoever the women manager is she is rude and not nice.

I usually don’t complain and don’t have issues but I ordered a meatball marinara asked for extra meat and this is how my sub was pretty much inedible I couldn’t pick it up too eat. When I got home and opened it I was surprised to see it like that and so I made a call trying to rectify it they said their was nothing they could do and it was my fault for ordering extra meat balls I’ve worked for Subway before and extra meat doesn’t meat extra sauce. This was Saturday night. I’ve never had that issue ordering extra meat balls before. Won’t be going back with that employee making my sandwich.

The girls are very well trained sandwich artist, awesome customer service, fast service and the food taste AMAZING as always. So fresh. And always super clean. This is my go to subway!!

If honestly had it with this location. Every occasion that I have stopped here there is an issue. They have refused to make change during lunch rush, they are frequently out of cookies, they only have one person working at a time so that you have to wait until they finish what they’re doing and back to take your order. What is management doing?

This is too the two employees working at 6:00pm Wednesday May 21st, you both need to work on your customer service etiquette and hand/glove hygiene. The employee who took my order couldn’t have been any more rude. After putting my sub in the toaster she proceeded to walk away and another employee came out, (gloved) pushing a cart with bread trays on it and then was going to use the same gloves to touch my food. I had to tell her to change her gloves. Who does that???? Although convenient, I will not be returning to this particular Subway. I suggest anyone who frequents Yale Subway too keep an eye out for contamination and expect disrespect from employees.

The food is general what you would expect. The manager, Diana is probably one of the rudest people I’ve met in a long time though.
I live in the area and have stopped in a handful of times over the last year. Diana is consistently rude, her general demeanor is that you are an annoyance, and if you ask for any suggestions or recommendations she gets clearly irritated. She’s treated me in this way every time and I have her do it to others.
She doesn’t enjoy her job. This is very clear but customers deserve better. I’m not sure how or why the keep her employed her but it’s a very bad look for this location and Subway in general.

Subs were tasty but I was extremely disappointed with the foot long pretzel & churro. Tasted like they were sitting on the counter for an hour before they got to us, took a bite off each one then to the garbage they went. I was so excited to FINALLY try em and then was pretty bumbed but again, the subs were good and fresh! Will order from here again but staying away from the foot long churros & pretzel…
