BYOI, bring your own ingredients. It seems like anytime we’ve gone recently they’ve been out of something. Whether it’s cheese(like today) or literally anything else that’s needed to make a breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches are good when they can actually make them. Coffee is inconsistent but at the end of the day is still coffee.

**Updated 08/03/23 to add another picture. Been here several times since the original review. The quality of certain things is always different depending on who is working, especially the London Fog lattes and just lattes in general. I dislike how they charge extra for every little thing (upgrade to a bagel on the breakfast sandwich, nondairy milks, flavor in lattes, etc..).

I ordered a London Fog which tasted really good. I wish they had different sizes available, as their one size is pretty small compared to the Venti size Im used to getting. Thank you for having nondairy milk choices!
The breakfast burrito was tasty. It too was a lot smaller than I imagined. Pricey for how small it was. Its hard to tell in the picture but it was completely flattened, not sure why.

I’ve been a consistent customer of theirs for the last 3 months and I absolutely love their espresso and lattes so much! Although, their lattes seem to be pretty inconsistent as of recent. Some days I get a delicious latte that’s perfectly mixed, then other days I get a latte that has milk sitting at the bottom and espresso sitting on top unmixed. It’s not a big deal, but when I spend $6 on a coffee it would be nice to have the ease of mind knowing the latte is going to be consistently good, not just good some days.

Staff was really nice, greeted with a smile and was really easy to order. Prices are really good. Had the chocolate chip muffin, definitely recommend was so good, they even warmed it up for me. Also music playlist was fire . Massive W, coming here again. 🙂
