This Subway has ongoing issues with basic order accuracy and customer service. Most employees do not follow simple instructions and become rude or dismissive when corrected. Asking for a few pickles results in far too many, a little mayo turns into a large glob, and meat portions are often wrong. The only employee who consistently makes sandwiches correctly is Jewel — she actually listens. Unfortunately, others (especially Amanda) repeatedly ignore directions, making this location frustrating and unreliable.

Jewel was an absolute pleasure! She was the sweetest person! Smiled the entire time and was helpful with her co-worker showing her how to do something new but also made sure the customers were taken care of in a timely manner.

Food was great.
Ordered online. They didn’t have any bottled drink choices in stock except Pepsi Zero and 1 flavor Gatorade. It was the weekend so maybe that had something to do with it. The cashier was courteous when I questioned if there was other choices, confirmed their wasn’t and offered fountain drinks instead. The staff seemed to be working hard to complete orders and the restaurant was clean.

I had a wonderful experience today with Carrie and Tonya. They served my wife and I with a smile. They made every customers sandwich with skill and speed while making us laugh. I enjoyed this experience much better than the last. Cherish these lovely people and don’t forget to thank them for their hard work!

Usually service is great. Today I saw someone new. A large male individual with glasses and unkempt hair.

The man of caloric surplus had a bad additude. I watched him throw ingredients in other people’s sandwiches, including mine. He didn’t spread my guacamole that I paid extra for either.

It’s not the end of the world, it’s just food. But damn it’s frustrating to be served slop and be treated like a nuisance as a paying customer.

I walked in with a fantastic mood, and left feeling disappointed and unwelcomed.

Each time I come in, it seems like my sandwich is made sloppier and sloppier every single time by the exact same person.
I’m not sure what this workers name is but he’s heavy set with glasses. Tonight he kept looking at the door/people and not focusing on what he was doing while he made everyones food. At this point our sandwich items were spreaded all over the counter. He was making a complete mess while not even looking at what he was doing.
He made mine and my husband’s sandwiches very poorly. We got home to eat and our sandwiches were overloaded and falling apart. This guy also dropped chicken on the counter and continued by picking it up and putting it on my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.
The experience I had before was when their oven was broken. The same exact guy made our sandwiches. I asked him for grilled chicken. He gave me rotisserie chicken of some sort that was covered in clear slim. He also made our sandwiches sloppy that day and added stuff we didn’t ask for. We couldn’t bring ourselves to be the ones to complain or be rude so we simply just threw our food away. Even if we complained this guy huffs and puffs because he’s got to fix something or redo it. His attitude is awful.
Another time was him and another boy. Everyone was waiting in line completely shocked at how disgusting the area our food was being prepared on and the same guy kept touching his face while preparing everyone’s food. Had a bag stuck to his foot while spilling lettuce all in the floor. It seems like nobody wants to be the one to complain or make a comment but someone has to at this point. This subway has been excellent while other workers have been there but this worker doesn’t meet the expectations and is disgusting. I do apologize for complaining.

We came with a party of 4. They were kinda busy and there were only 2 employees working, Aaron and Allen, they both greeted everyone that came in, took care of all of us very quickly and recommended different sauces for our subs. Definitely a great experience today. Keep up the awesome job guys!!!

The store it self is small but nice. The service from the two people who actually made my sandwich and ring up my order was pleasant. The problem was the second person on the line. I asked if they offered a military discount and the person at the register said yes. I then showed her my ID card. She then began to ring it all up and said let me add your discount. The second person said, Did you see her ID card? She nodded her head yes. The second person then continued by saying they come in here and try to get their husband or wives discount and they are not supposed to. I never said a word or even looked in that direction. The second person moved closer and said what the next customers sandwich was and this one is military too, and gave me a smirk. The other customer did not show a military ID was wearing a grey and white camo hat but was not in a military uniform. So the whole situation just irritated me. If you offer a discount great, if you don’t that’s fine too. Just don’t be snotty about it.
I don’t know this person, I don’t live in Tallassee. This is my third time in this restaurant in 4 years. After I got home I looked at my receipt and I didn’t even get the military discount. I just don’t like the lack of respect when I did nothing to be treated that way. I even gave a tip.

Everytime I come here the service is very welcoming, patient and helpful. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love how the staff is like family and when they need help the manager is there. Now, the management .. let me tell you!! 10/10 passes the vibe check ❤️

Went in there tonight not realizing they weren’t closing at nine. Had to wait about 2 minutes before anyone served me and the two people making my sandwiches were extremely rude. One of them huffed and made the comment, “they always come in right at close” under his breath and then proceeded to slam the papers down really hard. Right when he asked me what my second sandwich was the other person interrupted him to ask me what I wanted on the first one… How can I tell you both at once??? The atmosphere was overall very unwelcoming and tallassee subway just lost a customer of over 10 years. I will not be returning. This subway has gone so far down hill as I’ve grown up. The last few times I had gone in there prior to this, the employees were high on who knows what and could hardly speak to me (I think those two got fired). I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however the atmosphere in there was so terribly unwelcoming tonight that I felt the need to say something. Very disappointing.
