A mutual friend told us we needed to go. AMAZING! The cinnamon roll was huge and with lots of icing. The ham -Gruyère, onion brotchen was sooo goood. Definitely will be back. Reminiscing about Germany with Connie was fun too.

I had a great first visit to Conny’s Little German Breadshop, LLC yesterday – what a treat! Picked up a jalapeño-cheddar loaf, a multigrain loaf and pretzel roll – lot of carbo-loading coming up! It’s a shame the weather didn’t cooperate to get me there sooner before they sold out of a number of items. At Conny’s recommendation I then went to Trading House Cafe for lunch and enjoyed her multigrain bread on a candied bacon BLT – delicious! I wish I didn’t live so far away!

The pretzel loaf & and pretzels rolls are AMAZING! We drive 45 minutes to get here…totally worth it! It is a tiny place, so just be aware if you are in a wheelchair or with someone who is….but otherwise the customer service and staff are so helpful, welcoming and friendly every time we visit.

Wow, what a cool place. In a world we’re the term “Homemade” is plastered over packaging at the grocery store, what a treat to experience truly homemade. Conny does it from scratch, all the way down to grinding her own flower. The authentic German style permeats the entire shop. So if you want to step into Stuttgart for a little visit stop by Conny’s in Peru.

The cherry cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth. They are so delicious. The peach strudel was a clap of freshness. So good. We came from Michigan and made this pit stop. They weren’t located as the web described they were on 26 W Main Street. Worth tracking them down. The ladies were so friendly. Loved there German accent. The shop is very unique. Definitely going back.

I did a favor for a customer last week, and she decided to bring me a pretzel loaf from Conny’s, and I loved it. I’d never had anything like it. I decided to go in there today, and see what else they have, and get another pretzel roll. I got a cinnamon roll for my girlfriend, and a strudel for myself, and it was all amazing. Beyond that, the ladies in there are very sweet, and the shop is so unique and friendly feeling. I will be going back.
