I tried this place because it was the only restaurant in the hotel that was open and didn’t have a huge wait time when I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s located in the hotel so it’s only a short walk away. They have standard bar-fare like wings and burgers but they also have healthy options. I opted for a salad topped with Mahi and a side of Steamed Asparagus (I didn’t see this listed as a menu option on their website but it was in the sides section on the paper menu.) Everything was very good and fresh. The closest thing I could compare it to was a Buffalo Wild Wings in terms of ambiance. You can talk comfortably it’s just a little loud. The prices are kind of steep, which is to be expected in a hotel restaurant. I paid $33 before tip for just the salad and the asparagus with only water as a beverage. So, do be prepared for that if you choose to dine here. I will say that the waiter was very attentive and remembered me from earlier in the week the second time I came here. I would recommend this if you are staying here and prefer not driving anywhere.

We had the pleasure of being served by Chris, who gave us an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. Our food came out delicious, and the margaritas and other drinks were perfect.
Partway through our meal, Kelly, the manager, stopped by to check on us. She was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel truly taken care of. Between Chris’s service and Kelly’s hospitality, we couldn’t have asked for a better visit.
High Velocity impressed us during our stay at this Marriott, and this visit was no exception. We’ll definitely be back.

One thing that immediately sets it apart from everywhere else in the resort: it’s the only place that serves beer on tap. If you enjoy a fresh draft, this alone makes it worth the visit.

Great atmosphere for a sports bar with a ton of TVs for your enjoyment no matter where you’re seated. We were a rambunctious party of 5 and Logan, our server was patient and quick…. Samir brought our food with smiles. Staying at this hotel a few more days, will definitely be back. Thank you High Velocity and staff!

I’ve been coming to this place for 10 years. The food and drinks have never disappointed to me at all. There’s salmon is phenomenal and the drinks are well done. Service has always been great, especially when our company brings thousands. I will say for this year Maysa and AJ services were phenomenal.

Had a great experience at High Velocity! The food was delicious, and I was happy to see that they offer gluten-free buns. While the fries are made in a shared fryer, there were still plenty of tasty gluten-free options.
The salmon with mashed potatoes was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The chicken wings were plump, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The coconut shrimp was also a great choice—crispy and full of flavor.
Service was fantastic, and Luis went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. Definitely recommend this spot for good food and great service!

The venue and food are actually pretty decent. The staff were… slow. Slow to get us our cutlery, drinks and food. They were lots of people tonight with comments going on, but they also had lots of staff. Besides, they were running around like headless chickens with no goals and order, so it reflects their management.
Besides that their food are quite yummy! Overpriced but yummy! The chicken wings had wet or dry options, meaning with or without sauces. All the wet ones were exceptional! Such as Korean, bbq mustard…
The HV burger was a pork and beef patty burger with bacon jelly and this was seriously good. Highly recommend this burger!
Fishburger…, dont try it! Its dry and flavorless. Throwing in tartare sauce would help but they had nothing in there.

Really good food and atmosphere. We ate here one night while on vacation at the World Center Marriott and had a great experience. Ordered the Orlando Burger…it was delicious! The pulled pork and garlic aioli made it so tasty and full of flavor. We also shared an order of fries and buffalo tenders. Everything was great. Thank you High Velocity Team for a delicious dinner.

I recently dined at High Velocity and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable; our server was Diahana and she was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our experience.
The food was nothing short of fantastic! Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We went in with a party of 13 and everything came out perfect and quick. We’ll be back every time we’re at the Marriott.

We had the flat bread pizza (which was fantastic) and one of their burgers (the two meat one, which was also pretty good). Service was quick and very friendly. There are tv’s with sports on them almost everywhere you look as well.
