It is pretty crazy to have to sit and wait for 15 plus minutes in the drive thru to get your order and not in its entirety. A couple of the workers gave attitude when asked for the proper items they missed. The chicken sandwich came back super rough and unedible. Customer service was overall lousy. Still ended up having to go in from the drive thru line to request rest of order after checking bag.

Everything was off. Mashed potato’s had a foul smell and tasted like chemicals. Chicken was also had a weird chemical smell and tasted weird. Soda was watered down. Just overall pretty bad. Would highly rec not to go to this location. Not sure how they’re still up and running.

The past 2 times I visited this place and im not satisfied… chicken is over cooked on the out side but still red in the inside. This place has have a high turn over in employees maybe thats why theres always alot of mistakes… I gues im given you guys a star for effort…

Everytime I come im not sure what to expect. But this time was by far the worst lol. I asked questions with no answers. I ordered mash potatoes expecting gravy like every time. They never order kfc hot sauce I have to eat Taco Bell hot sauce with kfc which I don’t but they give me a 100. Waste of the company money. This place looks like it’s on its last leg everytime.

They got our order wrong, we got the wrong change back, the lady couldn’t take the order or understand us at the speaker. We said mashed potatoes we got none our chicken was burnt gross, our cokes were nasty no carbon I called in to show the the chicken but the lady that answered couldn’t understand. Wth is going on.

After driving to the other kfc on central near coors only to find out they didnt have grilled breasts (im on a high protein low carb diet) and then driving all the way to this location; they got my order wrong. I pointed out that they gave me the wrong items and they promptly gave me the correct sides. Then I leave, and half way home I realized they forgot my drink! I called 13 yes 13 times, only for them to hang up on me every time, then leave the phone off the hook so I get a busy tone. Just wow… I will go in tomorrow and give the manager a chance to make this right. If he/she makes it right I will change my review. Also, the pieces of chicken I got were tiny tiny tiny. Not a good experience.

Ordered food for a bereaved family. The manager himself took the order. Only gave me half the food. He put it in the back of my car. At first I was super grateful and happy. Got to the families house to find he only gave me the chicken and apple things. I went back after calling 3 times with no answer. The manager never put the receipt in the bag. When I asked him about the rest of my food he was EXTREMELY RUDE! Then said it was me who was rude. He pulled up my receipt on the computer finally and yes I had ordered more food. He never apologized. He was rude. Another manager took care of us. Shame on him!! In my opinion.

We ordered chicken sandwich and strips the bun on the sandwich was so hard I could not bite it. So I tried the chicken patty it was hard and stringy and so were the strips and they got our order wrong we won’t be going back as this is the second time the food was like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Bought an 8 piece and all the chicken was completely DRY!!
Never again! So disappointed…. waste of money! Do not eat here!

And I’m trying to call, but phone gives a busy signal….everytime.
