Just left this location. Open sign wasn’t on. Walked in to order a sub. store didn’t look as clean as it usually does. I order a footlong as well as a 6 inch. The girl making the sandwich looked messy with her hair all over not tied back. She proceeds to pull the turkey for my sub and puts it in clumps on the nasty looking cutting board and proceeded to put said turkey on the sub. I asked her when the last time the cutting board was cleaned off she said oh it was just wiped down. Mind you it has food particles all over it. I told her that’s nasty to have the turkey on the raw cutting board and she can cancel my order she got a attitude and said okay bye. Then decided to talk smack to her other unkept coworker. Smh I see why that store has been on a decline.

Horrible location. I ordered online for pickup a veggie patty sub and not only did multiple vegetables were not included, but no dressing or seasoning at all, and NO VEGGIE PATTY! Just bread and lettuce and green peppers was in the sub – completely dry. Completely unacceptable. I also ordered a salad as well and even that was missing vegetables also. The worst Subway location.

I ordered online a few days ago and when I picked up my food and bring it home to “enjoy” my food I opened the wrapper up to realize they had not done my sun right at all… they left 2 things off my sub, didn’t toast the bread, smothered it with mayo. Then when I went on the website to file a complaint about it I got a run around untill I was finally able to send a message through a chat bubble about my botched order. I was told through the chat bubble that I would get an email soon to which I never did… never got a refund or an email about how badly my sub was messed up…

This location is always randomly closing early. I got kicked out when I went in to get a sub. I was told they were closing and weren’t going to make anymore sandwiches. It was like…4p. And they remain open on the subway app and doordash so if you try to order online, your order just goes into a black hole.

I placed an order to be picked up at 2:30 for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki with the Dorito steak nachos and an Italian sub for my son. I told him to go inside and pick it up because I just knew it was ready I get there she tells my son they’re out of sweet onion teriyaki and they don’t have Doritos so she did no part of the order at all I told her to use the blue Doritos I already paid through the app and we can figure out the other sandwich, oh I can refund you… ok that’s definitely what I prefer because now I don’t trust you making me nothing.

The food is the same as at any Subway. The service however was appalling. The two ladies behind the counter acted as if they were doing me a favor. My order was made incorrectly and when I brought it to the associates attention they rolled their eyes. I told them to just throw the sandwich out and I left. The sub being made incorrectly wasn’t a huge deal, however the attitude I received was a deal-breaker. Needless to say, I will not be back to this location.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I just left the place 1:10 in the afternoon, three women working and none of them were able to go out to attend to us. When we asked if someone could attend to us, one came out in a hostile way to talk to us. Very bad attitude on his part and the same for the other two who followed the attitude of his partner in the face of this. I don’t recommend visiting this place at all. Horrible experience
