My husband and I visited Dukes recently. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the husband and wife owners. Throughout the meal, we engaged in steady conversation about the city and its changes over the years as well as getting insight into other places to try since we are new to the city.
We enjoyed the Crab Rangoons as appetizers. My husband devoured his shrimp dish. I am not a fan of chicken thighs, but my dish was super tasty. I really enjoyed the rice and veggies from my teriyaki chicken.
Each dish was seasoned heavily so we did not need to seek out the salt shaker.
We will definitely return as we truly enjoyed the friendliness of the owners, and the portion sizes were huge. You should not leave there hungry.

Great food and great customer service! We had the chicken pad Thai, and it did not disappoint! The spring roll was the best I’ve tasted. The owner said she marinates all of her ingredients before cooking and adding it to the wrap. We will definitely be back!

The environment is super casual & the owners were very welcoming. However, the food was a bit disappointing. I was looking forward to the crab rangoons but they were all completely empty and the Drunken Noodles were extra oily in my opinion, the red curry was pretty good though! I just expected more, especially with our total being nearly $50 for an appetizer & 2 entrees.

Friendly folks run this place. If you both have time, you can get a lot of conversation. They love food but take a few shortcuts. Still, the food is very tasty. I really enjoyed my visit. Great flavor on the Bang Bang Shrimp.

Everything was lovely. Especially on a rainy day, and all you need is some good authentic pho. The owners were amazing. Food was so comforting, the atmosphere was relaxing. My sister and I had an amazing time. Will definitely go back with more people.

We ordered the crab rangoon as an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection…much different though than what I was accustomed to at other Asian spots.
My friend ordered the Bang Bang Chicken with fried rice as well. He really liked his and said that it was really good. Crispy chicken coated in a delicious sauce.
For my lunch I got the Hot Basil Stir Fry with beef and fried rice instead of the steamed rice. So full of flavor. A very generous portion of some of the best fried rice I have ever had! The beef was cooked amazingly with the mushrooms and hot peppers…this is a fantastic meal, the heat hits you and stays with you throughout the whole meal – PERFECT.
The ambiance is what I expect at place like this, but these little spots are generally so much better than the places that really think they have their stuff together with lots of stuff to look at.
The gentleman serving us, I presume it was Duke himself, was terrific. He was on top of everything and just a nice guy.
If you’re looking for some good food, head over to Duke’s Thai Food and grab you a plate. I will most definitely be back.

Popped into this little delicious spot on Madison Street in Clarksville. Fantastic, intimate, clean friendly everything delicious. Call ahead pick it up or stop in and have a bite to eat. everything is fresh. You can smell the deliciousness when you walk in change the temperature on your food you like your spice a little spicy they’ll be happy to do it for you. Plenty of food we were still eating it out of our take-home container.

My partner and I decided to try dukes for the first time and we’re SO pleasantly surprised. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with the friendliest welcome, I tried Thai tea for the first time and it was amazing, crab Rangoon were crispy and the filling was rich.
I got a thai red curry hot and it was so rich, flavorful, and you could feel the love in the food. My partner got a fried rice with chicken and it was delicious!
10/10 would recommend and I will be returning
