Great food and service. For two adults and a child, we ordered the iberico 3 yr, meat and cheese board for 2, smoked fish trio, caviar, cast-iron goat cheese & n’duja (+ xtra bread), an old fashioned, an el cadiz, and a blood orange soda. Being caviar virgins, we splurged on the Belgium caviar and are so glad we did…even our grade schooler was left wanting more. Would have liked more bread with the smoked fish instead of chips. Clean plate club!!

Meatbar is Steamboat’s hidden gem! Spanish inspired cuisine and European fare that DELIVERS. For lunch: Only the best sandwiches in town!! The toasted rosemary ham and cheese with real Swiss Emmental will become an obsession. Best happy hour prices I’ve seen in steamboat and the charcuterie is gorgeous! The dinner menu is an elegant tapas-style masterpiece that features locally grown and imported goods. There’s a great selection of tinned fish that you can choose from in the shop and they will plate with accoutrements for your meal. Plan to share with friends and family and you’ll get to try an incredible arrangement of flavors. Save room for desert and espresso, the basque-style, goat cheese cheesecake is life changing.

I cannot recommend these folks enough! I was trying to find a unique little surprise to send my daughter and hubby for their anniversary … I called very last minute and they were able to accommodate my request which included the delivery! My daughter and her family were delighted with the sandwiches, charcuterie board and wonderful the fish board !! These folks were more than accommodating and so very pleasant considering my last minute order. I would highly recommend this restaurant for their excellent customer service and their wonderful food! One our favorite places to grab lunch in Steamboat. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have delicious sandwiches, salads, wine, cocktails, and more! We recently had our wedding and couldn’t think of a better team to cater our rehearsal dinner.

Great Spanish wine by-the-glass selection, craft cocktails, and Italian carbonated drinks. All meat, cheeses, and accoutrement were beautifully paired. Prosciutto sandwhich was fantastic as well. Simple ingredients handled with care and intent made for a memorable experience. Service was great. We were met with warmth and recommendations. Atmosphere is unique and charming. We had to pick up some honey, tinned scallops and fish, and goat cheese chocolate from their shop. Love supporting independent businesses with a passion for their customers!

This was a wonderful surprise. Greatly enjoyed the sandwiches and wine. The goat-cheese cheese cakes was delicious and certainly unique for anything in Steamboat Springs.
