Awful! My food came in a burrito, but I ordered a bowl. The brown rice was hard. I bit down on this paper that was in my food! I will never go to this location again. 1st and last time. I tried it because it was a new location. Extremely disappointing.

They often open late. I recently went and they were refusing to serve anyone because they had none of the materials to make food. I had ordered online so I paid without getting my food. Luckily, corporate gave me a refund and was helpful. When they are open and able to serve food, their portion sizes are small compared to other stores.

Extremely disappointed in this location. They gave us very little protein. We asked for more carnitas in my son’s build your own, and the employee took the container to the back like he was going to get more. When we opened our container it was clear he didn’t add any. We asked them at the front and they told us they were out. Why didn’t they tell us that from the start? They acted like we were the problem. The employees had a hard time making eye contact, and being welcoming. It’s sad to see that the quality of service is going down in a lot of places. On top of that, it was not very clean.

The food tasted just fine but the service wasn’t so great. A short African American woman with glasses took my order and didn’t seem too happy. When I was paying for my food at the register with another employee , she started walking towards the back and yelled, “Why do yall keep ordering? Like go home!” I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed after getting my food because of that comment. I’m in the military and my job can be just as challenging and hard at times. I had just got off of work after a long day and wanted some food on the way home. It kind of ruined my evening.

This store is in a state of collapse. There are are probably 50 people all waiting for online orders. The staff are slowly making food, apparently perplexed at which order should be made next. They are out of a bunch of random ingredients—asking people if its “okay” they won’t get what they ordered, but refusing refunds if it’s not (“you have to go online”). 21 minutes after promise time and my order is not ready. Fire the manager.

It’s so sad to see a restaurant like this, it’s a complete mess, customer service couldn’t be worse, the mess that they had on the food line was actually disgusting, food laying everywhere pictures attached, again…. Sad the conditions of the lobby wasn’t different, lack of management and supervision

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I never write bad reviews but the service was absolutely horrid. I politely asked the lady if the half a scoop of chicken was the normal amount. She proceeded to SLAM my bowl on the counter, huffed and said “I’m not dealing with this”. She then proceeded to walk to a co worker and bash me the entirety of the rest of my visit. I am VERY unsatisfied with the treatment of customers.

Really excellent experience here. We ordered a kind of complex order, but the ladies who worked here took it on like Champs. They could have easily been impatient, but they excelled! The one on the salsa line even rolled my FAT burrito without LOOKING – PERFECTLY. That is how good they are at this location. 10/10 experience. Make sure you bring a little extra cash for the tip, they certainly deserve it. Bravo!
