The service has gone down since the remodel, I’m not sure what it is but the staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing anymore and they’re kind of rude. Toppings and sizes seem skimpy in general too. Not somewhere I enjoy going anymore and this used to be my favorite location.

It almost looks like it’s closed down but the service wasn’t bad. I went there to get an ice cream deal that I had in the app and they advised me that they don’t the app which is off-putting because that’s one of the reasons that I was there. Nevertheless, I still got the two for five. My mom and I got Sundaes trans. They were good

Really good staff and great service. Update: I just wanted to say thank you to the workers that just helped me in the drive thru when our van wouldn’t start. I apologize that I didn’t let you know we got it started. I didn’t want to chance it dying on me again. But y’all went above and beyond to help us and I sincerely thank you for that. Not a single DQ in the Shenango Valley makes better drumsticks. They’ve been very tough to get lately, but I understand & will patiently wait for them to be available again ~ they are SO worth it! Plus, the employees there are all very kind & efficient!

This is a seasonal ice cream shop that has a limited variety of food. It is outside dining only. Very friendly staff and normal prices for the most part. I come here all the time in the summer.
