Good product terrible service. If you want typical Mexican ice-cream and novelties at inflated prices and mediocre service this is your spot. Walked in a small crowd of maybe 6 people ahead of us. Took about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to get 2 pre-made paletas, a mangonada and fresas con crema. Staff moving at such a slow leisurely pace they wanted you to know you it was going to take awhile and seemed unbothered with demonstrating any sense of urgency. Won’t be back. Ponganse las pilas.

Undoubtedly the shop was immaculate, however I was not greeted upon entering the store. When I gave Isel my order she was not paying attention to me. I love the products and intended on buying more items at my purchase. Due to Isel’s attitude towards me (paying customer) I decided not to purchase additional items. Every customer that enters the shop deserves to be treated equally and friendly. I don’t know when I will return.

I got the ceviche tostilocos…they were out of this world! Large portions too, so definitely worth the price. Also, great wifi and lots of comfy sitting if you need a place to study and have a delicious snack. Service 10/10!
