Workers chit chatting and gossiping instead of helping out clients. Don’t have your friends come visit you at work to gossip loudly. Not pleasant environment. No one there and waited up to 15 minutes to order.

This is a big Dunkin. There is a bathroom with a coded lock. Code has to be obtained from the staff members.
This Dunkin is an older style shop, which I think I like more than a newer gray version ))

Usually this Dunkin is the best their donuts look like it was made for television commercial today I got bacon egg cheese wrap and iced caramel latte . My letter delicious the wrap not so much. So normally I give these guys 5 stars sorry

THANK YOU! I placed my mobile order half asleep and headed to a friend’s house to walk a doggo. Needless to say my brain screamed when I realized I didn’t place it at the dunkin I was at. Long short, I walk the dog. Head home. Decided to stop by and see if my order was somehow at this location.

This morning I had a very bad experience with one of the workers she was an older Indian lady I wasn’t able to catch her name but she had a very nasty attitude, when there was a mistake made on my drink she responded to me in a nasty way saying “Are you talking to me “and when I replied she directed me to to register in a nonchalant manner but was immediately corrected by the young lady at the cashier who advised her that there was a mistake made. My point is that in any job, you have to put your personal issues or attitude to the side to get the job done in a respectful manner. There’s always a right way to do things and not be nasty about it and if you don’t like your job, you should not be working with people in customer service.
