My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and it was a memorable experience beginning to end. The vibe of the place is warm and welcoming. We wanted to try everything in the menu because they all sounded great but we had to settle. We almost didn’t make it to dessert but we had to try the Pistachio Tres Leches cake and couldn’t stop eating it. Steak was juicy, but the highlight was the single peppadew pepper which we ordered more of. The French dip sandwich was tender, and the salmon in the salad was seasoned perfectly. Everyone teamed up together to check in on us, making the overall experience even better. I wish I got everyone’s names! We will be back sooner than later to devour that cake again. Thank you Bavette Grill for a memorable night!

Bavette Grill is an absolute gem!! Eric, the bartender, took incredible care of me and was super knowledgeable about the menu. He explained how everything is made from scratch, including the desserts, ketchup, and sauces. It’s rare to find a true farm to table place like this, and the cocktails were just as impressive as the food. And do not skip dessert. I had the French dip, Brussels, French onion soup, The pistachio tres leches and chocolate mousse cake were all unreal. Honestly 10/10, I would come back just for dessert alone. Make sure to ask for Eric at the bar when you come!!

I’ve had lunch and dinner here several times, and the experience is consistently excellent. Service is always above expectations, and the staff genuinely enjoys sharing the restaurant’s story.
I’m picky about restaurants that overdo menus with excessive spice or unnecessary “special” ingredients—I want to taste the hamburger, not the twelve things piled on top of it. Bavette gets that balance right. Every meal I’ve tried has been thoughtfully executed and genuinely surprising in the best way. The food here is special but not overdone.

Great experience tonight, and Meredith was an amazing server. I had a long day and was tired from traveling so it was such a treat to end the day with a delicious meal and great service. I highly recommend the Chicken w Chili Glaze and Brussels!

We recently dined here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and were very impressed! We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. The food and drinks were excellent, service was great and ambiance was warm and inviting! The decor is beautiful and they actually grow fresh herbs onsite. Our server (Kenneth) did a fine job and made sure we were well taken care of. If you’re looking for a nice, upscale American cuisine restaurant, be sure to check out Bavette Grill. I recommend the short rib croquettes, salmon cakes, and the salmon nut berry salad.

10 out of 10. The service, atmosphere, food, and drinks are as good as it gets. Our server, Tyler, was one of the best servers I’ve ever come across. We can’t wait to come back here and I’m telling my Plano friends to check this spot out. I recommend the salmon cakes, short rib croquettes, steak tips & mac n’ cheese, grilled Atlantic salmon, kiss from a rose, veggie sandwich (seriously), and the Scottish gentleman so far. This was an excellent experience for us. Dinner was superb and dessert was decadent. Everything was well thought out and delicious. Service was amazing. The chef is also excellent and very personable. If I lived in the area, I would eat here very regularly. Just go in and see, it’s worth it.
