Ordered a 20 piece of chicken nuggets today, and asked for them to be cooked fresh. I pulled up to the window and they gave me my drink and asked if I can pull to the next window to wait for the fresh nuggets. Well, I get home and the nuggets are barely warm as well as the fries. Three sauces for 20 nuggets? What was the point of having me wait if you are going to give me some old nuggets? They even have the audacity to place a sticker on the bag showing that it was double checked for accuracy. I guess I need to start holding up the line to check the temperature of the food I order.

Clean place. Looks like any other McDonald’s. I recently went to another in another city and wanted to use the promo by using mcdvoice survey. I didn’t know that I am allowed to use it only at certain locations because other locations had honored it before. Anyway, they honored it here, for a sandwich for a sandwich, not a combo and a sandwich. And I asked them why at first. Then, I learned about it. I ended up ordering coffee and hash brown (although I don’t think the hash brown was necessary) since that was what I usually got (for a combo) It was extremely windy outside, so it was nice sitting inside while having my favorite breakfast sandwiches and sipping my hot coffee ☕️.

Forget the fact the sticker on the wrapper says NO BACON. I’m more concerned with the fact I was parked in ‘Spot 4’, let them know I had arrived and while the employee was walking out the door to hand me my food, he handed it to some random child about to walk in the door. I say out my window, “Excuse me, that’s my order.”, to which he replied, “Yeah, I was just handing it to him!” ( Obviously so proud of himself with a huge grin on his face.) Then I very quickly responded, ” I don’t know that child and you just gave him my food!” He then takes it back from the kid and walks it over to me with a “Have a good day!” and goes back inside.
I’m sorry, but in the era of the , maybe you should go remake my order since you gave it to some random person, who stuck his hand inside!

Ordered a mcchicken and got a mcchicken patty, and 2 hamburger patties and onions (which don’t come on a mcchicken) all on one sandwich?? Also, they stated that you have to pay for ALL sauces now. Even if you pay for multiple meals or chicken nuggets, you get no complimentary sauce. Not even 1 per meal. Beyond ridiculous

. I ordered the 20 pc chicken nuggets and a large fry. I was asked “would you like sauce? “. Isn’t that a given? This location is stingy with condiments…even when you specify you’ll pay for extra. Ketchup is like pulling teeth. So I didn’t even bother. The last straw, they don’t even provide napkins with your order. It wasn’t busy, so my order was ready when I pulled up to the window. Bag sealed up. Nothing was fresh .

Very rude employee named Jalissa. I come to this establishment often. My husband and I were waiting in line at the register where jalissa had just taken a mans order in front of us. We then tried to order, and her first words were, “You can order at the kiosk.” I told her I always order at the register because there’s no option for me to add onions to my mc chicken. She then rudely said “yes there is you just press special request and it’s there.” ” You have to order at the kiosk” my husband was like alright let’s just leave we walked out to go to a different mc donalds but we came back in to get her name she rolled her eyes when asked her name and she was just standing there doing nothing so it’s not like she was super busy that she couldn’t take our order. This is the first time I have ever had at problem at this specific mc donalds and don’t plan on comming back. Also there is no option or special request button to add the onions we double checked once we got to a different mc donalds, where we were happily greeted at the register where our order was taken.
