Popped into this subway last minute on Saturday morning to order 14 foot longs for a big crew. Not only were Leif and Tory fast and efficient at making all of our sandwiches correctly, but they did it with a smile! These days it’s hard to come across fast, easy, and friendly service so when I do receive outstanding service I really do appreciate it! Thanks again guys.

I was beyond impressed with the service I received today. The young man that helped me went above and beyond. So kind, Customer oriented.and made us the best sandwiches we have had I’m a long time. I feel awful I didn’t get his name, but he was working today at around 3:30 pm, and had the coolest purple highlights. Thank you so much for making our day

Cookies were perfect. Crisp bottom, moist interior, and the chocolate chips were amorphous. So much space. They even have a booth. Four sandwich artists creating master pieces to minimize time. 12/10 would come here again.

I been coming to this subway for a very long time. I go very often, but today I had the worst experience with one of the employees her name was Stephanie. When I went I side the store there was no one, so I waited few minutes. I said “hello” in case they were in the back, but there were still no show. So I called the store maybe they would hear the phone. A lady then walked in but she had the garage can and said sorry that she was throwing the trash out. Which I understand, then the other lady Stephanie walks from the back and said “are you ready” with an attitude. So I responded that I been waiting that I am ready! Instead of her saying I am sorry for the wait she said “I know that if I pull the camera up you weren’t waiting more than 5min. When I never said that I was waiting for 5min or more. I simply said that I been waiting and that I am ready. She kept arguing with me and being so rude. I asked for her name because I would want to talk to her manager and she laugh. I was paying with the other lady and as I was leaving she says with a sweet fine voice “I hope your day gets better” of course to want to push my buttons. I didn’t say anything and just walked away because I wasn’t going to let her get to me. But she’s always there in the afternoon, another friend told me she had problems with her too.
I don’t recommend going there if they are still going to have employees that treat their customers like her.

This is the first time I used the order and pickup Subway website. I placed my order at 8am to pickup for 9:30am. I arrived at he store about 9:15am and she said that she just received the order about 2 minutes prior. Then she told me that they were out of the bread for 1 of the sandwiches. I asked her why could you have not called since I sent the request was 1 1/2 hours prior why wait till I get there. She then informed me that if I choose something else she would have to void the amount and credit then recharge me. Never ever will I use this local Subway again. Never liked them period but my elderly mom does. Stick with Togo’s.

Would not bring my sandwich out to me when I have a wheelchair. Most every place is so helpful to me, but SUBWAY will NEVER get my business or money ever again. They were not even busy! I know it is not their responsibility, but last summer I drove 9000 miles around the USA and never had to pump gas once. Everyone was more than helpful. Made my trip so easy for me, I was alone, female and 63 years old with both legs paralyzed, and drive with hand controls.

Showed up at 9:20pm and doors were both closed even though it states on the door and online that they close at 10 on Saturdays. At one point an employee looked over and saw me and just basically dismissed me. Won’t be going back soon at all.
