Not alot of traffic for 9:00 am on a Thursday… The baristas all have headsets they are able to talk to each other like group voice chat.. I’m sure the idea was to make the very heavily relyed upon drive up window more efficient. How ever my first time inside the establishment I got ignored by the first barista because she was previously engaged with her peer and coworkers on this private Group chat they Young Ladies were distracted by. The second barista was Very helpful and very kind and polite. The facility is clean ….enjoy

Let’s get this straight… supposed to close at 8… arrived at 738pm… closed… this is a Non private business that has a specific place on the app to tip for service… this is lousy customer service. I always tip for a beverage made a dollar.. may not be large for some.. but it’s consistent… until now… this lousy business practice of closing 22 minutes early will now end my tipping for “service “ practice at Starbucks forever.

This Starbucks is NOT welcoming at all. Its posted to be open until 8. But chairs are already up on tables and they are ready for closing, this was at 5:00 PM.

Here are the permanent store hours. Occasionally the store is understaffed and may close early. Other websites online have inaccurate times of when the store closes. Also AJ and Abi are pretty cool.

The workers here are all so amazing. Every time I go (which is pretty much every morning) they are always so friendly and always ask how my day is going. The store is clean, the drive thru is quite fast most mornings. I like to mobile order here too and my order is always ready in a timely manner. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for each worker because they really just make my mornings. This is my favorite Starbucks out there.

Went on thursday for the app promotion of $3 handcrafted drinks around 4:33 pm. Drive thru lady was completely rude and unhelpful and had a lot of attitude. The lady didn’t even bother on assisting with the use of the code for the cupón and end up charging me for the whole thing even tho she said she applied the cupon. Later when asked if they had stock one of the cups in specific she literally just turn her back to me and for a split of a second turn back to me and said no. I honestly love starbucks sm and this is such a disappointing costumer service that i don’t think i’m going to be back at this location again.
