I called in my order and they messed it up. When I called a woman answered I told her what happened she told me I messed up my own order. I have been going to just this location over 6 years and never had this issue but definitely disappointed at the fact you cashier/rep had the nerve to tell me that I messed up my own order that I always get. They did not even cut my pizzas smh

could be much better but fast food take out pizza is just that, so I give thos 5 stars. I dont compare chain franchise pizza with Mom and Pop pizza. Papa John’s pizza good, it does not deserve one star.

Order xl NY style pizza (well done, normal cheese, pizza sauce, sausage and mushroom) and was disappointed that it was nothing like NY style pizza, just a hand toss regular pizza. Domino and Little Casesar Pizza have better sausage than this. The best part of the pizza was the mushroom.

This is how my pizza was sent out!! Someone looked at this pizza and said it was okay to send out for delivery!! They gave me the run-around about a refund and remaking my pizza. I said I didn’t want to refund I wanted a new pizza and they told me they couldn’t do it because the same issue might reoccur!! When I called back they told me that they were going to remake the pizza and send it to me. I still haven’t received a new pizza or a refund. I paid $35 for a pizza I never got to eat!! Dissatisfied!!

My family and I have always ordered at this place for many years, the fact that this place no longer has there own set of drivers and they rely on DoorDash to do there delivery is not only a loss for them but as a customer as well. We ordered 2 pizzas with chicken parm poppers and the driver forgot to bring us the 2 liter Pepsi that came with our order. We called the store and the manager had the audacity to tell us that he’d refund our order and that if we wanted the Pepsi’s we ordered we’d have to go to the store to pick it up. Are you serious? That’s poor customer service and poor communication towards the driver who delivered our food. We paid almost $50 for what ordered and having us drive to the store because you guys couldn’t communicate properly to the DoorDash driver is ridiculous. We are not ordering from here anymore and we’ve been loyal customers until now.

I had the most horrible experience when you called there general number they re-direct you to whoever has the least business so make sure that you press five so they can direct you to your home Papa Johns I was redirected to one of the furthest one in my area. It took three hours to get my pizza. It was cold. I tried calling them several times never answered finally had to call the 800 number. They were very kind refunded my money, but it didn’t really make a difference because my pizza was cold and it was three hours late.

Surprised at some of the reviews. I’m a trucker and I door dashed some wings and a medium pizza while waiting to get loaded. It was exactly how I ordered all sauces included. It came in half the time estimated, hot, fresh and tasted good. I called another local pizzeria 1st and they said they don’t deliver to truckers. Too bad some of us actually show appreciation for convience and good service.

They marked my delivery, Delivered. Got the notification slight how the delivery was too.
Then the driver didn’t even show up for another 25 minutes! What the heck! Should’ve called and told me you were running late… Or how about NOT making it delivered. Even their voice recording said it was delivered when u called about the status. Tried talking to a manager, called 4 times- phone rang so many times their line hung up on me each time.
