Personally love aptos bbq and recently found out they had a location here in san jose called the bbq pit off blossom hill that is very good. Was excited to find out silver creek bbq was owned by the same group as aptos bbq. The service was great… the food was super disappointing. I was really excited to get a breakfast sandwich and when I got the food there was half as much meat as the other locations, the bread was super crumbly and just not good. It was also quite dry. The quality overall does not come anywhere close to the quality of the other locations. Maybe this was a one off, but it definitely was not the best

Delicious, tasty, delectable, scrumptious, savory, and mouth-watering BBQ Food, I don’t know how else I can describe the food, we are so lucky to have them in our neighborhood, BTW, Have you tried their Old Fashion’s? they actually have a full Liquor License, their Margaritas are tasty as well.
Excellent service, the fact that they went out of their way & did not put a lipstick on the space before opening up & did extensive remodeling in & out & re-opened should tell the neighborhood something, they care about the community & are seasoned operators, Great product that’s actually prepared correctly & it’s worth every penny if you are in to food, Let’s support these guys.

We were excited to hear that there is a new bbq spot in the neighborhood so we stopped by tonight for a late-ish dinner. It was pretty busy but we were able to order fairly quickly. Hubby and I shared a 3 meat combo. We had the brisket, tri-tip and pulled pork with a side green salad and extra garlic bread. I was hangry so I was excited that our food came out so fast. The portions are generous, the meat was tender and full of flavor. Smoked to perfection! I didn’t get a picture of our food because it didn’t last long. They offer Stubborn soda so my husband was happy to indulge. They were out of some sides and all of their desserts but honestly I expected that at this time of day. Customer service was excellent! The young lady who took our order was helpful and we had a couple of people stop by our table to see if we needed anything. Thanks to Andrew for recommending the bread pudding for us to try on our next visit. We will indeed be back!!
P.S. The patio is roomy and inviting so we are looking forward to hanging out there soon.

I went to SCB on the first day. I met Hou 5he owner who graciously told me about his new BBQ place in Evergreen. I got the tri tip and it was PHEnominal! Paired with fries and garlic brioche bread i was so impressed. The atmosphere was contemporary and i liked the way the inside flowed to the patio. This will definitely be my Friday night go to spot for a long time! Bravo, Hou!!! Great job!!!
